They had a deal on for 1 free cone and the app crashed and didn’t work. The customer service was so bad. Just kept telling people to call the head of dq and that you can pay for a cone or wait till tomorrow to call support and hope they will honour it at a later date. What a scam dq did to make people pay. So disappointed!
