Couldn't even order as person was on her personal cell phone behind the green wall. 2 of us customers were waiting patiently for over 5 minutes to be served when she finally peeked out and saw us, then proceeded to tell us to wait a minute so she could finish her call. Needless to say I walked away. If you're at your job DON'T USE YOUR PHONE!!!! Incident happened may 19, 2024 at 11:28 am DO BETTER PEOPLE

Just had a great experience because of Jolanta!When I came back asking for a spoon after ordering a misty slush, she noticed the colour was off and decided to remake it since it was a bit light on syrup. Made me really happy. She’s very kind and helpful too. Definitely will be coming back! :)

Life the ice cream specially Blizzard.

Great burgers and onion rings! The double with cheese was the family favourite. And the skor brownie sundae was the go to for the boys.Great value fresh food and friendly fast service, even when they were busy.

Bought a blizzard there and was disgusted with the service the employees weren’t following proper food safety guidelines, first thing I noticed was none of the staff were wearing gloves while making the food which was particularly disgusting since they were using the till and then using those same unwashed hands to make the food. Also I had to long black hairs in my blizzard and when i asked for a refund they said they are not aloud to do that which is totally not true.also staff was super rude

Never ever again. I was so thirsty and feltlike it was the best option. Little did I know... first, I waited a min or 2 before I actually said Hello!!! Nobody to be seen. The young girl was on the phone kind of hiding. I ordered an Orange Julius and she probably took "a tiny bit amount" of orange juice, then added lots of water and then lots of ice. I am thinking what did I order? So, I basically paid almost $7 for blended ice. To make things worse she places the lid on the counter touching with all her hands, no gloves and she was just holding her phone. I know there is a straw to drink but please, it was so gross,l $7 gone to waste

Received the wrong order twice. Won't be back they wouldn't fix it the second time. Went through the drive-thru

the staff is okay depending on what days you go but mostly okay. BUT they keep missing stuff i order in my custom blizzards they know how to charge but they keep messing up the order smh not cool
