Just getting annoyed with this location. I always get the cinnasticks when I order but it's like a 50% chance they put garlic on it first and try to cover it up with cinnamon. VERY GROSE. Who wants cinnamon sticks with garlic flavor on it. Im at the point I dont even call to complain. I just throw it out... such a waist.
Also why do the drivers think its okay to put their bag on your car and scratch your paint... then proceed to hand you the food to juggle whiel you try to hold your food and debit machine and card. Leave food in the bag till payment done

I love that they use their own delivery drives! I've ordered a gluten free pizza here a few times and every time has been safe. I do not get them to cut it, I cut it at home. Great service, food is always fresh!

Never right, I ask for very well done everytime, never is, I use the tracking app, never right. Just last night my pizza was over 30 minutes later than the app. I called the store and was rudely told 45 more minutes and like I said it was 30 minutes after that phone call.

Fantastic location - maybe one of the best Dominoes around. Ask for extra sauce and they actually put extra sauce. Paid for extra toppings and guess what? They actually put extra toppings! That may not seem like a big deal but in a world where it seems like everyone's cutting corners, its nice once in a while to feel like you're getting what you paid for.
Awesome pizza. Friendly staff, especially 30 minutes before close, great job. Will be back. Definitely recommend.

I usually buy Dominos but this was the best pizza I've had in a couple years. I usually get it from another location in Kitchener but I've moved. The crust was a perfect thickness, toppings were delicious and not sparce It was so good, I wanted o eat the entire pizza! I'll be ordering again from 188 Highland Road, Kitchener

Absolute terrible customer service. If you live in an apartment they will not deliver it to your door they will call and expect you to come retrieve your order. If you don't answer the number you provided they will return it to the store. Pizza Hut it is from now on. -10 customer, they do not deserve even one star
