This Domino's is always awesome quality wise and delivery time wise. I order dominos not because it's the best pizza but because its the MOST consistent pizza with quality and taste! You know you're always going to get a great pizza from Domino's!

Best dominos in Kitchener! I ordered 2 days in a row in which I rarely order pizzas. They put a good amount of toppings on their pizzas and the quality of their food is great. They don’t over cook the crust and very attentive to their customers feedback. I love that they actually are multicultural with their hiring process not only international student workers for fast food environment. I’ll be ordering more often to support a true Canadian value atmosphere. Keep up the great work! 😃

I order a online pizza on Monday with well done , red pepper and oregano i got the pizza delivered with nothing on it , i called them and they told me they own me a free pizza and it is added on my account, when i called them on Saturday to get it the assistant manager told me that they don’t have free time , this is how they treat u n respect you , truly disgusting customer service n they way they talk if freaking pathetic!!!!!!! Now i am gonna meet the manager and post what she says , they are treating people for granted u pay for the pizza and delivery and plus tip of 30 percent and this is how get treated by them guys , pls avoid this location !!!!

This review is purely based on today purchase. We ordered butter chicken pizza and surprisingly we did not see any chicken pieces on it. Only found few pineapples, onions & tomatoes.

Only issue I have is they set your order as ready in the system but it actually isn't! Had to wait an extra 12 minutes after phone/screen said it was ready. So minus one star (although all the chains do this now to appear shiny for corporate)
