I'm very confused by all of the negative comments about this location. We have been ordering from here for about 7 years and have never received a bad order. Always fresh and delicious food. I ordered an xl with double cheese and pepperoni once and the driver came with 2 xl pizzas explaining that they forgot the extra cheese on the first one, made another correctly and sent both at no extra charge. Always polite and great customer service from staff at the store and the drivers.
Not only could your driver not understand enough English to follow simple directions, but you got my order completely wrong, which resulted in being over charged. When I called the store manager. she was extremely unprofessional and argued with me, at one point flat out calling me a liar. It is NEVER acceptable to call a customer a liar or to argue with them the way she did. I am seriously not holding my breath on a call back from the store owner to rectify my issue. Customers appreciate the helpful worker with the app and the reliably delicious pizza. Vegetarian options, like green olives with lots of flavour, are available. Parking is alright, though delivery drivers sometimes take customer spots. The pizza is easy to swallow, even with the crust recipe change.
