Had a really good experience when I visited with my friends, got the experience of authentic South Indian taste after a long time. The overall experience was very positive with the ambience and assistance with the friendly staff especially "Nithya". Will visit soon if anyone is nearby do give it a try.

This place serves authentic dosas and vadas. We had dosa, onion chilli uttapam and medu wada. Sambar was piping hot and was not too spicy yet tasty. Wada were crispy . They served 3 wadas. Dosa was crispy. Aloo masala was mashed to a good extent. Uttapam was good but was super thick. I expected a bit less thick version of it. But it tasted good. Coffee was a bit creamy. But was good. Overall good experience!!!

Place is not cleaned at all. Employees wearing dirty clothes (Look like they didn’t was it for 6 months).The serving tray is not cleaned and has an awful smell.NEVER visit here

The quality of the food has deteriorated recently. Especially chutneys doesn't taste good and gets spoilt soon. Seems like the earlier chef changed. Idlis and vadas too are not fresh these days.

I have always loved this place and have been a very consistent, loyal customer since last 1.5 year.Today it was my friend’s birthday and we decided to visit this place all the way from Waterloo to Kitchener branch. We entered the place at 8:56 and were denied seating. They mentioned that they don’t do dine-in post 9pm. But there was another group sitting there waiting for their order which means they would have entered 10-15 mins before us. They were still agreeing to give us food for take away but not serve. You do not have very extensive luxury serving style that you would not have been able to close on time and returned 6 people back even though I requested so much to accommodate us but in vain.First of all there is no mention in your site regarding no seating post 9pm. Secondly, I reached before 9pm and you had 1 hour to serve us. Thirdly, no compassion for denying service but ready to give take away which I don’t understand.I am really disappointed and was embarrassed because I forced my friends to come to this branch rather than the waterloo one which is 2kms from our place but we travelled 17 kms to you.I hate to rate you less but you were never this adamant with your rules before. May be success does that to people. No doubt the food is nice at your place atleast the meal I last had.Hope you appreciate people coming to your restaurant and don’t return 6 people hungry and disappointed.

They know how to make the essential ingredients of a South Indian meal- The Sambar and the Coconut Chutney. Also their Vada Sambar is a must.Always fresh, piping hot and dipped in sambar. Five stars any day.Edit:The quality has gone down. The Sambar is not the same nor the chutney.They added a few things to the menu.Vegetarian options: A lot of Vegan and Vegetarian options considering it is A Dosa eatery
