The food is definitely what you want, NOT what you need, haha! Hot, fresh, greasy, delicious, hits the spot after a hard day. But the service is what makes this place exceptional. A few extra potato wedges for free here, a conversation about the family there - very few places left in the world where you can go and feel like you're part of a community. Grateful to have found a place like that here in Kitchener!

I work downtown and sometimes I will come to this pizza place for a slice. LOVE the service at this location. They always greet me with a very warm welcome.

Was just walking by and saw a sign for there box combos. A full meal (burger, fries, bottled drink) for 10$. That’s a pretty good deal, imo!

Staff was very friendly! Meal took a while to cook but not too long. Very tasty, larger than expected proportions. Presentation should be better however. Main menu was full of deals rather than a clear list of items. My table was chipped and my chair was rather woobley.

Don’t get me wrong, food was great, but Idd only recommend for take-out, not eating in.

What can I say about Mike? This man is a true gem. Every time we are downtown, we order potato wedges and they are amazing. He even hand-delivered two boxes of wedges to us. This type of service and dedication is few and far between hats off to the owner and his pride for his business.

I once heard: "Loyal customers, they don't just come back, they don't simply recommend you, they insist that their friends do business with you" .. well, friends, I insist that you pay a visit to this Double Double pizza for some of the best 'zza you've ever had! Let me tell you how my experience went today.I called in an order for a medium pepperoni pie. "Hi there, how are ya?" I asked the man who answered the phone. "I am happy, grateful , I couldn't be better!" He replied. I ordered my pizza and since I work nearby, walked over to pick it up.When I arrived, the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone was waiting for me with a smile on his face. "Your pizza is ready my friend!" He cheerfully said as he grabbed a box off the top of the oven. "I made it special for you with extra cheese, since you said you wanted pepperoni and cheese". He patted the top of the box as he advised this then opened it to show me the beautiful cheesy goodness inside. I told him his pizza place was recommended by a colleague and he beamed with pride. He said "I love all my customers" and I told him that I would be a new regular! I shook his hand and introduced myself before leaving. "My name is Mike" he said.My pizza is delicious - cheesy, crispy crust, ample pepperoni, and most importantly, made with love by the hands of an artisan who has been a master of his craft for years.Thank you for the great pie! If you need a quick and delicious lunch, and would like to enjoy some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, come and pay Mike a visit. I will be back to visit very soon!

20/10 experience today. went in to order a medium with my friend and fiancé and the person working behind the counter was extremely kind. brought our pizza to our table and said "i made this special for my very special customers"
