Lil hidden gem if you ask me. The customer service was great, very kind and fast! The food was also very good. The food quality and price is also very fair. Lots of food, not too expensive and taste great. Will definitely visit again.

Was going to give this place 5 stars but they charged $2.00 more for extra sauce when I ordered extra meat (+5.00) so 40% more the cost to get sauces. ($7.00 total) The sauces are paramount to the flavour. Just making a point. The workers were rude about it when I asked. Just making a point. Should include sauce when ordering extra meat. I know it’s good but Refusing to come back here until it changes.

This was an amazing experience, we came here before and it was already amazing, so we had to come again. Such an amazing service and the food is spectacular. The person working was so wonderful and I had such a fun time talking with him as he made our order.

We will be coming back again, such an amazing atmosphere and service. Food is also amazing so naturally us foodies will frequent.
100% do recommend coming here and trying the amazing food and service. You might make a nice friend at the counter too!

"Double Plus Shawarma is our go-to spot for delicious, comforting food in Kitchener. The owner is extremely kind and courteous, and they always make fresh, amazing food. The shawarma is packed with flavour and the portions are very generous. Our favourite is the Shawarma Poutine !! We've been coming here regularly and it's consistently our favourite place for Middle Eastern cuisine in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in the mood for some tasty comfort food!"
