Came in and asked what was a shawarma flatbread. She answered “it’s just a normal pizza with chicken on top”. Sorry but I expect to understand what I’m ordering. When I asked for napkins I got only one thin napkin. I believe they went a light with the chicken as well.

I have been going to this place every Friday, I have good and bad experiences. . . Some of the staff are nice others are not. Lately I have been going in staff have been more jujy and rude lately. Saying you can have anymore vegetables on your salad and making it super big deal if they make it worng, refusing to make it right.
.food is still good. Employees need to be more friendly and less jujy... Please can the manager get a hold of me. . . I want to do business here but with staff being rude it's making me not want to come back. . .

If I could rate this experience with a zero, it would be well-deserved. The servers and food handlers completely disregarded basic hygiene practices, as they were not wearing gloves while preparing the wrap and other orders. They took the orders, collected the cash, and then went straight back to handling the food without any hand protection. To make matters worse, many of them had long nails, which only added to my discomfort regarding their sanitation standards.
