Very cold in the restaurant. No temperature control of any kind in any weather. No ac in summer and no heat in winter.

Usually, I have had a good experience here, and the food is generally enjoyable. During my most recent visit, the food was still acceptable and not very disappointing, although it did not seem as fresh as before.
However, the lack of professionalism in customer service was very discouraging and disappointing.
I kindly suggest that the staff maintain a consistently professional and courteous approach.
Overall, I appreciate the effort that goes into the restaurant and hope this feedback helps improve the customer service and food quality.

Instance 1: November: Worst Food! They Serve previous day leftover! I ordered pav bhaji. And the sabzi’s smell was a bit off! I still ate it. It was so awful taste filled with gas in the veggies. Clearly over 2 days old. Not recommended at all. I feel sick stomach already. Inhuman.
Instance 2: December: I ordered a Frankie which was Buy One Get One. And it said FRANKIE(2 pcs) and BELOW THE PROMO BUY ONE GET ONE. And they SCAM and sent only a total of 2 pieces. Im not sure when are they going to stop. I spoke with the person on call and they are not even ready to accept their own fake AD. @UBER really needs to take a look at them and FOOD SERVICES AS WELL. QUALITY AND QUANTITY ARE A SERIOUS CONCERN HERE. Its not that “just one bad customer”

Owner must have clear conversations with all the employees so that they all can serve the same amount of food . As a regular customer it was a weird experience this time.

We’ve tried to come here to eat their pani puri 3 times and have never been successful. The first two times there was only one employee serving everyone and it was a 30+ minute wait just to eat a few pani puri. The third time, my husband and I took time off work and we rearranged our schedules to go eat there during a slow time when there would be fewer people. When we arrived, the lady said they were closed because of the weather (moderate snow that wasn’t even sticking). It shouldn’t be this hard just to eat pani puri. They need to hire more staff, and we won’t be returning because of this.

We are regular customers and had an great experience earlier i believe the one serving us was shalu or shradha and so we thought to visit again but this time the service was not good served by madhuri she was rude and not polite and so we didn’t had good experience might not visit ever again.
