I reached out to Eby Street Bodega to cater for a busy Sunday work day. Our team does not usually work weekends, so it was already a stressful time, but they really made everything so easy.
They accommodated our order without hesitation and even included gluten free croutons for our one gluten free team members, which was incredibly thoughtful. The sandwiches were absolutely packed, beautifully put together and they tasted just as good.
Delivery, communication, and overall service were also top tier. Truly a well run and thoughtful business within our community. Thank you so much!

Eby Street Bodega is the place to go! Especially if you want to feel like you’re in Europe. The food is authentic and fresh, great ingredients! First time here and I have to say the best sandwiches I’ve had. Me and my partner enjoyed it as a nice outing to bond over especially reminiscing on our trip to Italy. I’ve recommended it now to my friends too! Will come back for sure.

One of the best sandwich shops in the tri-cities, if not THE best!! They have a rotating menu & fresh baked bread every day, with an extremely diverse selection of sandwiches using fresh and ethically sourced produce and ingredients. The amount of love, care & dedication to the craft is apparent in every single bite you take. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The food is a bit pricey but the portions are large and generous on the meat. The general atmosphere is very nice and relaxing to be in. I'll be returning, but will split a sandwich between two if I'm looking for a light lunch or I'll go when I'm looking for a big meal.

It's hard to believe how great this restaurant is. It feels like the epitome of what food service should be. The food is fresh, menu is interesting (and always rotating), ingredients are local. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy, right beside the market if you can't find seating inside the restaurant. The staff are always incredibly friendly. I came in on January 2, 26 and the human who was working was such a delight. I asked if I could tip, and was reminded that they are a living wage employer.
The sandwiches are more expensive than you can get elsewhere, but when you think about where your money goes - to local farms and employees making a decent living - the money is easy to spend.
11/10 if you haven't been here, you have to go. Hopefully KW gets more inspired restaurants like this! Thank you Eby!
