WOW! When I first tried Eby Street Bodega, I was blown away. I had gotten the Italian focaccia sandwich and was pleasantly surprised with how fluffy & fresh the focaccia was and the flavour profile of the entire sandwich was magical and so unique. The service in store is extremely quick and there is so much to look at if you incur a wait. This really is the place to go if you're ever downtown Kitchener - honestly it's even worth travelling for. My only qualm is...
I’m a huge foodie. Worked all over in kitchens. The Italian sandwich by far blows anything out of the water. Vincenzo’s is up there as well, but definitely not 1st.
