I have my every Saturday breakfast at Eggsmart at the Pioneer Plaza. It is always great food, served on time by a nice and friendly staff. I couldn't recommend it more. This is a must to visit and try their dishes (anyone, all are great).

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to warrant one. The service was painfully slow—even though the place wasn’t busy, we waited over 30 minutes just to get our food. When it finally arrived, the eggs were overcooked, the toast was cold, and the sandwich was barely edible. Coffee tasted burnt and wasn’t refilled once. The staff seemed disorganized and indifferent. For a place that specializes in breakfast, I expected a lot better. Won’t be returning.

Food is good. But the service is bad. There’s a lady over there who is rushing people to finish the food and hate to serve the customers. On last Friday, after I finished looking my menu and tried to ask her to orders the food, she had no patient and seems like don’t want to serve me at all. She ignore my request at the very beginning until I request my orders again. Moreover, I have not finished the food and still have some water in the glass, she has already give the bill to me and tried to push me away. Spending 35 dollars for a brunch in this place and getting the service like this really destroyed my morning. Even though, I still choose to be polite and give the tips to this lady. But when she see my bill, she start gossiping. I really like to come to this place before because it is close to my home and its food is good. But after suffering the service like this, I WILL NOT come to Egg Smart in this location any more.

I went into Eggsmart for the first time last Friday. I had a conversation with the woman that greeted me about gluten free options. I told her I was celiac and needed to ask her a few questions about their gf options. She reassured me the Meat Lovers Scramble was gluten free and i5 included gluten free toast, home fries and a small fruit cup. She told me 3 times the home fries were gluten free. I ordered my meal, took it home and began to eat. First off I must say it was absolutely delicious. However it wasn't long afterwards that I began to feel the tell tale signs of being glutened. I am on day 5 of suffering with the symptoms of getting glutened. I contacted head office to ask about their gf options. They were great and got back to me within an hour. They told me their sausage has gluten and the staff should be aware of it. Also the home fries are NOT gf as the seasoning I was told is not gf. So if you are celiac please be careful if you decide to eat there. Head office did tell me they will be in contact with the restaurant to ensure proper training is done. Another hard lesson learned unfortunately for me.
Dietary restrictions: Don't eat here if you are celiac!

We are regulars, but today was the day that we decided we would not be returning to this location again! When we first arrived, a couple behind us in line, waiting to be seated, jumped right in front of us and conveniently helped themselves to a table rather than wait to be seated like the rest of us. Staff saw this but did nothing about it and asked us to wait another 10 minutes for a table to free up. The service was horrible! We waited patiently to give our order as it was busy. After our order was taken, our waitress forgot to submit it! she was so oblivious and did not notice that we had been sitting for 20 minutes with just our drinks, and everyone else that came after us was already eating and almost done. I finally decided to speak up and ask where our order was, and of course, we had to wait longer as the order was finally given to the cook. After that incident, it went to craps! Forgetting everything!! forgetting to refill our cups, forgot cutlery, forgot to give us condiments. We will stick with Sunset Grill on Ira Needles. We are their regulars. They give us top service and acknowledge us. 5 star rating for Sunset Grill for food, service, and atmosphere!

I love this place for breakfast. I've tried most of the options on the menu and they're all pretty good. They have good protocols with celiac disease and have some excellent gluten free options. Great prices too. I recommend it
