Was very disappointed over the weekend with our visit. It was the first time we had ever been, after numerous recommendations. Atmosphere reminded me of a franchise restaurant. Food was okay, it wasn't bad but nothing over the top for the price we paid. 2 meals, with no apps or alcohol and came to $80, was shocking to say the least. No different then East Side Marios or other franchise restaurants which was disappointing as it is supposed to be small and family owned. Definitely won't drive an hour one way again to come here.

Michelle was our server on Nov.9th,.She was incredible. Not only was she friendly, she anticipated our every need. The food was plus plus plus. This is our favourite restaurant besides Langdon Hall. We are so lucky this Italian restaurant is here in Kitchener. Magnificent. Michelle you are a great asset to this fine establishment. I highly recommend this fabulous Italian restaurant.

Used to love this place but last couple order for take out was horrible. We got pazzo bread and it was rock hard. Also the amount of food you get for money is def not worth it. To make thing worse the hostess when I arrived asked me right away where is my bag. She right away assumed I was a Uber eats driver because of my skin colour.not all brown skin people are food delivery people. That was the horrible experience will never go back. I want to start by saying I’ve been coming to Ennios’s Kitchener for years. It’s our family’s favourite place to get Italian food. So I know the food and what to expect. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs for my kids as it’s their favourite. When I first opened the container it looked like a tone of spaghetti with barely any sauce. I mixed it up and it looked so watery. My son took a bite of the meatball and said it was too salty. I tried it myself and it was horrible. So salty we couldn’t eat it. And I’ve had the meatballs a lot. It’s never tasted like this. The sauce was bland it had no flavour. It never tasted like this before, I don’t know what they have done but it’s not the same as it used to be delicious. I wouldn’t write this review but I feel that the food taste has gone down so much in the last 3 times we’ve ordered. $22 a barely any sauce and 2 meatballs is a ripoff. Also the thing that really got me annoyed was when they started cutting the already small ciabatta bun in half. They literally give you a bread the size of my thumb. And it’s rock hard. Went in the garbage.
