It was very expensive but worth it.
Has everything you need for a healthy lifestyle. They have a lot of variety of items that are in grocery stores but you only have a couple options.
Friendly staff and clean shop
I’ve been shopping here for many years, I can pretty much buy anything I need. Kaya made me a fantastic smoothie! I told her to surprise me with her choice of add ins and she did😊
Fiddleheads is partly a health products store and a small specialty food market. I find this double-sided inventory quite attractive. I tend to come here for their excellent selection of dairy products, cheeses, and ecofriendly soaps and cleaning supplies. This staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. My experience at the smoothie/coffee counter has been somewhat uneven, however.
Amazing choice of products and supplements. Can be a bit more pricey than other places. Just do.ypur due diligence and shop around if you can.
LOVE the smoothie bar here. 10/10. A little expensive, but worth it for a treat especially after a workout.

Smoothie bar is great, tastes amazing but , for a store that’s catered toward nutrition, why are there no nutrition facts ? Really annoying.

I love this store. I come here all the time to get probiotics, supplements, grocery items, essential oils, etc. The selection is incredible and I will always be a loyal customer. The staff is all very helpful and friendly with a special shoutout to Kanchan who goes above and beyond to help me! She is super friendly and knowledgeable!
8 out of 5 stars ! We visit Bruce Street 2 or 3 times a week , and we are treated like valued friends, rather than simply customers. The staff and management are top shelf. Kamcha, and the other customer reps are amazingly friendly and knowledgeable, and we always have a terrific experience. From supplements to smoothies they are our go-to.
