Firehouse Subs Kitchener-Fairway Rd.

Ordered a vegetarian sub after work. This was a take out order. Found some sort of meat in it. Store claims they make all vegetarian subs separately yet there was meat in it. Only solution was to drive back 15 mins to have a sub corrected or wait till next time to have a sub free of cost. Since its an online order would not refund my money. Extremely frustrated.

Good submarine sandwiches. The large is really a large. We ordered 5 subs to go. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the subs to be made, but the food was worth the wait. We ordered an Italian sub, meatball subs, and a pepperoni pizza meatball sub. Toppings are standardized, so that saves time. All around good food in a clean environment.

On Uber eats they forgot 2 bottles of pop, 2 cookies, 1 bag of chips, and did not put any of the extra add on items on both subs that were additional charges. This is not the first time this location has messed up my food. Tried giving them a second chance, never again.

The ambience, the cashier’s ( Shivam ) attitude towards customers is nice. The firehouse meatball is a must try.

I got the Thanksgiving Turkey sub It was delicious. You can really taste the Freshness. I also got the Chili it was so good I felt like it was homemade it was not watery like Wendy's chilli it's definitely my new Favourite Fast food Chilli. The Atmosphere is cool too it feels like your in an actual Firehouse, I wish I tried out this place years ago. I Would give it 10 Stars if I could.

Didn’t follow order instructions. I ordered the thanksgiving sub and asked for no cranberry sauce. If it was forgetting something I added I would have lived with it. But putting something on it that I *specifically* requested not to be added ruined the taste for me. I tried reaching support and the app told me my only recourse was 2,211 reward points. That’s 1/12 of a large sub. That’s incredibly disappointing since I didn’t enjoy the entire $18.49 sub because of that.
