What has happened to Firehouse subs. The buns used to be so crusty, it's soft and horrible now. The meats are also not good. And on top the subs are so crazy pricey now. It's not worth it anymore.

Ordered wings to start. They were very good. I had liver and onions with a side of onions and veggies. Very large portion sizes. Presentation was very appealing. Liver cooked perfectly. Potatoes and veggies were ok. In my opinion needed more seasonings. My friend had the mushroom and green peppered steak... he enjoyed it. Loved the triple chocolate shake.

Staff were very good at what they do... friendly and attentive.

I have been ordering from this location for the past 5 years - it became a nice little weekly morale boost during the WFH scenarios of COVID and the hybrid working enviroment for days that followed. I've never had a complaint - but I think I finally had to make this review. In the last 4 to 6 month period the quality of the food prep has suffered - I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt,hoped for the best and kept ordering - only to be continually disappointed. The sauce is sour , the bread is stale, the meatballs taste very stale , the toppings are inconsistent and were incorrect for some of the subs ive ordered ( I don't deviate from the standard toppings ) .... ugh...cant do it anymore - never ordering from here again - not good at all....

I’ve been to this location before and order the same sub every time. I’m not sure if the person who made it was new… or what.. but my boyfriend and I both got thr same Club on a sub. Paid over 30$ and when we got home to finally crush the best sub. ALL we could are was an overwhelming amount of mustard and whatever sauce they put on it was sour and like vinegar.

Not impressed at all. It was gross and a waste of money. This was my favourite and now I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Excellent steak and cheese sub, and the dill pickle that comes with it was awesome.
The only downside is that they are a little on the pricey side.

I had the smoke house beef and brisket there yeaterday, oh my god the best Brisket I ever had in my life . Enjoyed every bit of it .

For context: I wear a turban. I came in last night to order a meal and as soon as I walked in the first thing they asked me was if I came to pick up an Uber Eats order. As someone born and raised in Canada, with 3 university degrees and in academia, I'm usually in spaces that are a bit less judgemental. So it took me a minute to process what he said. I was so uncomfortable I just ordered a drink and left. I still feel a bit uneasy about going back. I'm so confused - is there an assumption that people who wear turbans are too poor to afford their food? Or an assumption that all people who wear turbans are just service workers?

Had turkey bacon ranch and club sandwich and both tasted good.

These subs are good again. They went through a phase where the quality fell short of my expectations but tried it again last week and it was delish. Highly recommend eating in vs taking home - a hot sub like these should be eaten right away.
