Coming from an English family and background, I am a bit of a fish and chips snob. This place makes the best fish and chips in the region. We order white fish as it has a very mellow taste equal to halibut, but less expensive. We feed 5 people 2 big pieces of fish and chips for $56

Food was not bad, tried the seafood platter and the halibut and chips. Everything was decent. I would give the food 4/5 stars. Would like to try the haddock next time.

I know this is a fish and chips place (and all of their food is amazing), but their poutines are by far my favorite thing to order. their gravy is so perfect and so are the fries. every time we have dined in, the staff had been very welcoming and friendly! when we order to go, they pour the gravy on the poutine when we get there so it's fresh. the box is packed with care, taped shut, and they even put a tray underneath so the box doesn't fall apart. honestly exceptional service, great value and amazing food too!

WARNING ⚠ : I just wanted to post this to warn other customers that after eating a two piece haddock fish and chips, I got severe food poisoning. I hope it's an isolated incident but I'm extremely sick and it's definitely from this establishment, as it was the only thing I ate yesterday.

I just love the Fish Hut. They make it fresh. They make your meal fresh on the spot. What a feast. Amazing taste. The best lightly breaded fish (different kinds of fish) I have had in awhile & so delicious.. Service is prompt, friendly...2pc fish, coleslaw. fries....dinner wrapped up...takeout....hot when I got home! Also eat-in. Under $18. Every mouthful was yum..... you've got to go there.
