Never come to this location. My husband ordered tacos for me and not only did she forget HALF the ingredients, she was rude to my husband and refused to repeat his order when he asked her.
The tacos only came with chicken, green onions and barely any lettuce (you can imagine how bad that was).. she put the chicken on top instead of the bottom, seemed like it was the first time she made tacos in her life.
My husband called her the first time and she did not show any kind of accountability. I called her after and when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me and said she was the owner of the store 😂
She asked me to come back to the store only when I called the second time. She didn’t even ask for my name or number and just said she was very busy..
Terrible customer service and terrible food.
I do not recommend to anyone. Especially if she’s serving you (the nameless lady)

You guys should stop when a customer asks you to stop. The lady kept adding ingredients to our burrito even after we repeatedly asked her not to. She acknowledged that it would be soggy, yet still overloaded it and handed it to us anyway.
The burrito was an absolute mess—so soggy we couldn’t take a single bite properly. The taste was even worse. It was a disappointing experience!

Yuck. I thought it was the taste of a cleaning product when I bit into my burrito, but it was the raw awful falafel. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting there wilting for days, it was a reddish mush. If I could give their food zero stars, I would. I even asked the worker how the falafels were there and she smiled and told me very good.....

I’ve been coming here for about a month now for their beef Barbacoa small burrito deal on Thursdays. I went today and had a bad experience with the “owner”. She fought me over sauce on the side .. every time I’ve ordered this burrito even from her I’ve asked for sauce on the side. This time she wanted me to pay $.75 I refused and she did let me go without paying for the sauce. She did give me the sauce But now that I’m eating the food. I’m realizing there’s next to no meat in here. This is not what I’ve gotten from l the other people that have made my food at this location. I will continue to go here, but if I see the “owner” in there, I’m walking out.

I ordered delivery from this location yesterday. I ordered a regular beef burrito with black beans, corn, tomatoes, pickled jalapenos, mild salsa, and sour cream. Not only did I not get ANY beans on the burrito, they also did not put any salsa on it. On top of that, I ordered around 12:10-12:15pm. I did not receive my food until almost 1:00pm because apparently, FB can't be bothered to hire enough staff for lunch time. I understand it's busy, but it's burritos. It should not take an hour for my order to be made. My dasher was waiting for over 20 minutes for it, so he also lost out on potential customers for the time he took. I feel this is unfair to do to delivery drivers because other customers will be angry and impatient with them for something that is not their fault. And they should not lose out on customers because your management can't be bothered to have more than 1-2 people on the floor.
