Freshii is my favourite go to “fast” restaurant on the go for healthy choices and I get it often. However, this location really drops the ball. Terrible service, the food looks old and non refreshed. The lights aren’t even all on, there is garbage everywhere and the employee was a little rude and seems very unimpressed

I love Freshii but it’s hard to place my order when the employee is FaceTiming someone right in front of me and talking to them at the same time I am placing my order. I have a lot of allergies and so I asked her if she could help, and she kept saying she does not know, and there is no allergen guide available. I ended up googling it to figure it out. Freshii bowls used to be a lot more full but it was really empty. I don’t know what happened today sadly, sincerely a very disappointed customer.

Horrible customer service.. ordered from them and they called me said they didn't have ingredients so I told them I wanted to cancel my order and the charged me anyway ... never ordering from them again or uber eats ... worst customer service I've ever had !!!!!!!

I order take. It is 99 percent of the time wrong. They sent me pumpkin energy balls casue they were out of chips. I added avocado but they were out so they add broccoli!!!!! The lemon grass soup tasted like dishwasher. Zero flavour. Will never be waisting my money there again. 54 dollars and for what??? A bunch of stuff the way I didn't want it.

Worst bowl i ever had, like ordered teriyaki bowl, only rive and some carrot was there, whoever was making order, was continuously on her phone, like i wasn’t come here for a rice and bad watery sauce here

I went there today with my daughter. There was no one in the restaurant when we were there around 1:30. We ordered bowls. Our bowl was only half full. Compared to the pictures of the bowls on the windows and on their website, it was very disappointing. There were not a lot of vegetables which I expected to be the major part of my bowl. Also their hand sanitizer was out, and no napkins in the napkin dispenser. We asked for napkins and told the employee that the dispenser was out. The employee gave us some but didn't even fill up the dispenser. This was my first visit to freshi.. for $30 I expected better.
I had a great experience here. Customer service is A+. Food was great. The manager actually asked us about our day and was very kind. You can see they do a great job keeping the place clean!
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are vast and so deliciously prepared!
Dietary restrictions: The staff took time to explain the ingredients for me so I was assured of what I was getting.

Ordered the za'atar chicken wrap. Was 80% lettuce and sauce was super watery (in fact it seemed like they actually watered down the garlic sauce). Relatively flavorless. Tough sell for over $13. Service was friendly and quick, but you're better off at Mucho Burrito or Irie Myrie's for a wrap.

Ordered the Buddha bowl with steak, but the steak was horrible. Tasted like dry old boiled steak. Taste and texture was horrible. Couldn’t finish my meal unfortunately. Really hoping this was a one off.

Great taste great.However, ordering is a bit difficult with an overcrowded menu high up on the wall where it’s hard to see. Also doesn’t help that the screen changes every once in a while, mainly while I’m staring at it trying to figure out what I want.Worse though, the bathroom strobe lights have been going for at least 3 months.A few little tweaks to this place and it could be fantastic.
Vegetarian options: Veggies and tofu, so mix and match for a delicious meal.
