Stopped here for a work lunch break. Cashier seemed nice enough. Ordered the Oaxaca bowl, they’ve changed the recipe to this a few times since it was launched and the latest batch is unsettling. Food was somehow tasteless even though it was made exactly as shown in the photo on the menu. Service was quick and the place was nearly empty (1customer). Wanted to sit and enjoy my lunch for awhile and kind of did so but felt super uncomfortable as the place was highly unsanitary and booths/tables were not cleaned as you can see in the photos.

Not a location or a franchise I think I’ll visit again

The worst outdoor food experience I’ve ever had. My friend recommended it, saying you could make your own bowl. What I received was just a pile of noodles with a chips, only three small pieces of chicken, and a tiny amount of vegetables. I have no idea why they call this “healthy food.”Don’t waste your money.

Came in specifically for the soup today—none available. I then selected two other options from the menu, both of which also weren’t available. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. Disappointing to consistently be told items are unavailable, especially when you come in with something specific in mind. Hoping they improve consistency soon.

Really not impressed. I attempted to make an order through the Freshii app on July 11th. There was an error that said the order could not be processed. I gave up. Then hours later I get a call from this location saying my order is ready and when am I coming to pick it up. I explained what happened and said I wanted a refund. The girl on the phone said to come in the next day for a refund. I went in the next morning and she had to call her manager. She said she couldn’t give me a refund, her manager had to do it. She would be in on Monday. She took my name and phone number and said her manager would call me on Monday (July 14th). It’s now July 19th and I have not heard from anyone. Terrible customer service. Be careful of the app.

Ordered 6 bowls on the Freshii app for pick up. Arrived at pick up time and ordered wasn't even started. Only one staff working. Orders was finally ready 20 mins later making me late for client lunch. NOT HAPPY with this service. They didn't have bacon or avocados which were ingredients in the bowls we ordered.

Very disappointing, especially considering the price of nearly $20. I ordered an Oaxaca bowl with chicken added. Firstly, the chicken was a mistake, it was so soggy it was dripping with water. Secondly, midway through eating the bowl I noticed there wasn’t any avocado, which was a listed ingredient. When I went back to the counter to mention the missing ingredient, the staff member told me she “didn’t put any on purpose because they were out.” I said “that would’ve been nice to know that before I paid, or at the very least when you handed it to me.” She didn’t reply and instead just shrugged her shoulders. So I said how about give me some more chicken and I went on my way. Terrible costumer service. Will not be returning to this location!

We ordered a tropical mango smoothie. All I could taste is turmeric. When we asked how much turmeric was pun in the drink. They said they put 1 and a half spoon turmeric in a medium size drink. It had mango, pineapple also in the drink but all I could taste is turmeric. The sad part is, when we told them about the drink that it is not drinkable, they didn’t even offer another drink. They just said sorry.

We were the only ones in the restaurant at 2 pm and they had run out of bananas (all smoothies have bananas in them) and they ran out of avocado (which is also in majority of bowls) and they ran out of cash to give any change - so we had to go back to our car to find an exact amount. The employee who was on also missed toppings on the order, and then while fixing it put the wrong ones on top! I love Freshii but this employee was spaced out and was not prepared at all!

Freshii is my favourite go to “fast” restaurant on the go for healthy choices and I get it often. However, this location really drops the ball. Terrible service, the food looks old and non refreshed. The lights aren’t even all on, there is garbage everywhere and the employee was a little rude and seems very unimpressed

Awful Freshi experience here. No eggs, no spinach, tofu was not cooked well. Fairway location is way better, as is the service.

I love Freshii but it’s hard to place my order when the employee is FaceTiming someone right in front of me and talking to them at the same time I am placing my order. I have a lot of allergies and so I asked her if she could help, and she kept saying she does not know, and there is no allergen guide available. I ended up googling it to figure it out. Freshii bowls used to be a lot more full but it was really empty. I don’t know what happened today sadly, sincerely a very disappointed customer.

Horrible customer service.. ordered from them and they called me said they didn't have ingredients so I told them I wanted to cancel my order and the charged me anyway ... never ordering from them again or uber eats ... worst customer service I've ever had !!!!!!!
