Ordered the Berrii Chrunchii Salad and added mango in the salad from their app. Picked it up and brought it home to eat. When I opened the bag I was shocked to find most of the mango was brown or going brown. Who in their right mind would think that it was okay to put it on a salad that way. This is the second time I have ordered from their app and this is the second time I was disappointed. The first time it was chicken that wasn’t cooked all the way through. I will not be ordering from their Kitchener location again as they are definitely not fresh!!!

AVOID! Overpriced health food that doesn't even taste good. I don't understand what the hype is about for this franchise. I ordered a burrito which was mostly rice (texture was uncooked but it could be one of those rice that do not cook to soft). They charge $4 for protein that you only get a small portion. I told them that the burrito was dry and I needed more sauce and they wanted to charge $1.50 for extra sauce. I ended paying over $18 which I could have went to Subway and got a much more satisfying lunch. This was my first and last time.

I paid $22 For a bowl . cost almost $4 to add chicken there was one small broke slice in there 🤨🤨🤨 it was absolutely bland even their sauces aren't the same anymore!! Never getting food here again
I ordered Budha bowel, the sauce was different and noodles was not boiled enough. I couldn’t finished. I ordered the same food at different locations and it tasted much better.

The woman behind the counter was kind but honestly the bowl that i got did not taste good. I also asked for the bowl to be mixed and she didn’t mix it, but it wasn’t a huge deal but it was something I requested. I got falafel in my bowl and they were hard as a rock and stone cold, I’ve been to places like chopped leaf and they always warm up the falafel so it’s warm and crunchy. I struggled to eat it as the flavour was just off putting and I wasn’t great especially after spending $15. Definitely need an acquired taste for the bowl that I made (it was custom) but I probably won’t be going back in all honesty.
