I’ve been going to this location for a long time and they always make delicious pizzas. When I came to grab an order we discovered they made an error with toppings. Navpreet offered to make me a new pizza, but I was fine with the mistake. She even offered for me to call them if I wasn’t happy after bringing it home so they could make it right. I’d say that’s some great service! 10/10

The food is so good but the lady they have taking orders over the phone in there makes it so painful to place an order and by the time you finish ordering you are so irritated you no longer want the food. The owner usually takes over for her. I understand training absolutely by all means but she has been there atleast 3months now.

I ordered pizza for delivery and the person on the phone taking the order was very professional. I was told between 45-60mins wait time for delivery which is normal for dinner time on a Saturday evening. The delivery driver (Fateh) came within 20mins. I was super surprised how fast and efficient he was. The pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. The slices are huge! I love that they include a dipping sauce for free. Fateh was professional and kind. I highly recommend Gino’s pizza!

We received our pizza a few days ago, and it arrived punctually. The pizza tasted delicious, and the delivery person was exceptionally friendly. I regret not inquiring about his name, but he was Big Guy wearing a black hat with a description(Flamin Hot). We will undoubtedly order from the same establishment again in the future.
