Simulator is really accurate. Different lies and the floor shifts to adjust for side angles. Really great system and good selection of courses. Vip room here better than Waterloo by far.

Excellent booths, the balls refill themselves on tees and there is normal grass sand and rough. Service is great. Food was decent and good selection of alcohol/beer on tap.

Golfplay Kitchener is a great experience and well worth the prices. The VIP room is amazing for events. Golfplay is the best golf simulator franchise I’ve been to in the Kitchener- Waterloo area by far.

Went here with a large group, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They answered our questions and set us up really quickly. Good drink selection and pretty realistic for virtual golf.

Visited today and was not impressed with the male waiter that came in 15 minutes before we were to leave and took the plates and napkins for my wing order. Then 5 minutes before he just walks off with my leftover wing and doesn’t say a thing. Super rude. Not impressed.

Played 2.5hrs and our platform was off for 1.5hrs. We got $7.50 off. Considering our grass/turf was incredibly worn out and many broken balls this sucked!

This place is the actual best simulator in the area.It has the best simulator technology I've seen. High resolution screens that make it very appealing to play golf indoors with high accuracy.Amazing golf swing feedback from the system as well to help you improve your game.Balls are tee'd up automatically here!!! The floor moves to mimic your current lie.Atmosphere is excellent. Clean bright with a modern charm. Haven't tried the food and drinks yet but I'm sure those are impeccable too.Also a great place to get lessons with Natalie.
