Average bubble tea place. Location is convenient. Prices are about the same as other bubble tea chain. In our last order, I am pretty sure they did not read the order carefully. I asked for no ice and 30% sugar. It was very sugar-y and there was ice in the drink. Same with the other three drinks that we ordered. We did not realize until we were home.

The service is really nice. I ordered online for pickup but something happened so I couldn’t make it, and then a staff delivered it to me without charging extra.

Great location! 5/5! Came to get a Boba drink for the felix collab. Found out they don't have the buttons today. The staff said it'll be there on Wednesday probably. -0.5 points for gongcha canada itself for the button distribution not being managed better (since it's only available in 2 locations right now). The drink itself (brown sugar milk tea) was good!

My daughter really loved this place. Almost once a week she drink from Gong cha. Plenty of parking is available here. Authentic Taiwanese bubble tea shop. Kids friendly, and everyone's liked shop for different kinds of tea. Dine in seating is available but limited. Overall its gud.

Staff is always great and professional, boba is amazing! They have games on a counter that you can use to play while you're there. This place is just a great environment to be in.
