I am writing to formally complain about the service I received during my recent purchase. I ordered four cups, yet the cashier failed to provide a bag, creating an unnecessary and avoidable inconvenience.
This is basic customer service. Carrying multiple items without a bag should never be overlooked, and I should not have had to point this out myself. The lack of attention and care at checkout was unacceptable.
I expect this issue to be addressed, whether through staff retraining or other corrective action, to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Average bubble tea place. Location is convenient. Prices are about the same as other bubble tea chain. In our last order, I am pretty sure they did not read the order carefully. I asked for no ice and 30% sugar. It was very sugar-y and there was ice in the drink. Same with the other three drinks that we ordered. We did not realize until we were home.
