My wife and I went here in December, but of a late review.
But Dave the assistant manager checked in with us and may even have a secret hot sauce stash 😁.
We had Maddy as a server and she couldn't have been better. Checked in with us but wasn't hovering and available for her opinion on ordering.
We both had the Sangrias and holy crap they are good. I rarely have drinks but had 2 they we soon bloody good.
For a appetizer we shared the sweet potato fries they were delicious. For mains we both had different pizzas. My wife had some changes to the pizza that were accomodated and just to her liking. I personally had the Risk it for the Brisket pizza. Honestly the best pizza I have ever had and I don't think there will ever be a time I come back and order anything else. It was that good and the out issue is I will make sure to order the large to take more home with me.
We had the orea cookie cheesecake as a desert.
So hard to get it down as we were so full but wasn't going to leave a bit on the plate.
Tables were fun to do puzzles on. If anything I could recommend is maybe have it so 2 players can play the air hockey game on the interactive tables. Other than that we are a couple with 2 young kids so we do not get out much but will have Graffiti market one of our main places to go when we can get out.

Thank you for the service and food.
Until next time.

We had such a wonderful experience at Graffiti Market in Waterloo!

We booked one of the tablet tables for our 4-year-old son, and when we arrived, we were warmly greeted and seated right away. Unfortunately, the tablet at our table wasn’t working, and our little guy was pretty disappointed. Our server tried to fix it but couldn’t get it going.

That’s when David, the restaurant manager, stepped in, and this is where the experience truly stood out. Even though the restaurant was fully booked (especially for tablet tables), he immediately came over, took ownership of the situation, and quickly found a solution for us. He moved us to another table and checked in several times throughout the evening to make sure everything was perfect.

Nolan, our server, was also an absolute pleasure , attentive, kind, and great with our son.

David is exactly the kind of manager you hope to encounter: proactive, calm under pressure, genuinely caring, and focused on creating a great guest experience. What could have been a disappointing evening turned into a fantastic family night because of him and his team.

Five stars all the way, and the food was great too, we’ll definitely be back!

This industrial style restaurant located in Belmont Village at Catalyst137 is the high tech trailblazer of North America, first to use the Novel idea of interactive Smart Dining Tables for entertainment. I would recommend you come at nighttime or choose a table not close to the window if the tables are your primary attraction, because the bright light coming in the windows can make a glare on the screen.
I had the waitress Maddy T and she was attentive to my table. The personable Supervisor/Server Peter came to my table to acknowledge me, ask about my experience and have a friendly chat. He was very knowledgeable about the restaurant and encouraged me so ask if i had inquiries about the restaurants history and features.
I learned that this Historic building was originally constructed around 1956 as a tire warehouse for the Dominion Tire Company and later Uniroyal.
The food was fresh and locally sourced. In the past I got the Detroit style deep dish pizza and that was amazing!
Today I ordered the Weekly soup feature that was Broccolini, cheddar and potato soup. It was very tasty with some kick to it.
I ordered two healthy and delicious bowls. The South West Chicken Bowl with Blackened Chicken, Romaine Hearts, Pico de Gallo, Black Bean Salsa, Duro Blando, Pickled Red Onions, Charred Corn, Crispy Tortilla Strips, Southwest Dressing it was very flavourful and spicy in a good way.
And the Tuna Bowl with
Fermented Pepper Marinated Ahi Tuna, Black Sesame Seed, Jasmine Rice, Sesame Shiitake Mushrooms, Marinated Cucumber, Edamame, Avocado, Heirloom Carrot, Ponzu Aioli, Green Onion.
I enjoyed and will definitely return.

This is a very overpriced mediocre restaurant with interactive tabletops as a draw. The service was not attentive at all, and I had to chase down a server when I needed something. We got a salad, pizza, and pasta dish. Salad was not that fresh, and pizza and pasta were fine but about 30% more expensive than similar food at other restaurants. Definitely not as good as you would get at an Italian restaurant.

The vibe is amazing! Food was GREAT. The only issue I had was I asked for parmesan with my meal, and I was actually never brought it. The food was delicious though, so I was fine without it in the end.

This was my third or fourth visit. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and efficient, even when younger members of the party are hitting on them <<>>

Good linch menu. Had the beef dip which was excellent. Want to come back and try the brisket pizza that my son really recommends.

Having amazing gluten free pizza? Incomparable. As always, service and food were top notch!

I’m SO disappointed that the quality of food has gone down so much over the past few visits. I used to speak so highly of the pizza at Grafitti Market, it was the best in town, and has since shrinked in size and fewer toppings and is missing the “wow” factor that it used to have. I brought this up with some friends recently and was surprised to hear that many others who have visited recently felt the same.

First timers, coming from Toronto.
Food is amazing. Fries with Gouda cheese are my new favorite starter.
Service great ❤️
Table with games and decoration are a lovely extra.
Will come back for sure when I'm in Kitchener.

Really crowded together tables, even though there were empty tables the entire time we were there. One of us had our back right against another diner's bar stool. The Gouda fries were not good value, but the pizza was tasty. Super loud. We had to shout at each other, but there weren't many kids or anything. Reception was atrocious. Really unhappy to see us and acted like it was a bother we had a reservation. Service was superb. Our server was attentive, accommodating and seemed genuinely happy to see us.
