I had an absolutely amazing experience at Guac Mexi Grill, 1241 Strasburg Road. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Jinal, the employee who helped me, was incredibly polite, kind, and made the whole visit feel warm and welcoming. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made a big difference. It’s rare to find such a perfect mix of great food and genuine customer service. I left feeling happy and satisfied, and I know for sure I’ll be going back regularly. Highly recommend this location to everyone!

The meat nachos I was delivered came with no meat. Part of the purchase was refunded by DoorDash but that doesn't solve the problem of a meal delivery with no protein. It ended up being a container of tortilla chips with a bit of lettuce, a little salsa and a tiny bit of cheese. If this place gets your order right it tastes good but when they mess up the do it big.
What a colossal disappointment.
