First time buying food from Hakka Holic after reading the good reviews. Firstly, I come from Kolkata (Calcutta), and Hakka food from Kolkata cannot be compared to any other parts of India as it's the best, (bias kept aside) so it's just obvious that I am going to politely critique :). I ordered Veg Fired Rice and Dry Chilly Chicken. Imagine my surprise when I see the chilly chicken red in colour and taste completely different! In my 51 yrs I have never eaten red chilly...

Hakka Holic at 200 Lorraine Ave in Kitchener is one of the best Indochinese restaurants I’ve come across. I’ve sampled several dishes, including the Chicken Manchurian and Hakka Noodles, but my absolute favorite is the Chicken Lollipop, which I’d rate a solid 8.5 out of 10. Vegetarian options: This review is for “Aayushma” we generally order paneer based starter but this time based on her recommendation we decided to have tanduri soya chap. By far this was the best decision of having tanduri soya chap and by far this was the best experience we had in our entire life.
