The butter chicken I ordered had undercooked pieces. I’ve tried the same dish multiple times and found that it’s usually an issue when ordering during peak hours. It would be great if the kitchen could pay more attention to consistency.

I visited Hakka Aroma for dine-in and also took a takeaway box of Hakka fried rice. While the dine-in service was fine, I was extremely disturbed to find a PIECE OF STEEL WOOL WIRE in the fried rice when I ate it at home. This is a serious FOOD SAFETY HAZARD and completely unacceptable. I urge the management to address this issue immediately to ensure no other customer has to face such a DANGEROUS situation.
What sort of apologies the Hakka Aroma management would give for this health risk?

Went for lunch today and enjoyed the hot and sour soup and chili chicken lunch special which includes a pop and 2 “chicken lollipops”. All in with tip it was ~$22, I’m very satisfied with the value! The restaurant is clean and tastefully decorated, don’t let some of the other photos dissuade you. Will be back for sure.
Plus, lots of halal options! Just confirmed with the staff as it’s not on the menu. Can confirm the medium soup is enough for two as an app or one as a main.

Waited around 30 minutes for a takeout order , went in the restaurant 3 times every time was told we need 4-5 mins more , after 30 mins their answer was “we only have prepared 1 item “ , also the hostess have no regards for customer service 3 of them totally ignored me while I was asking for updates on the order , ruined my dinner .

Had a wonderful meal at Hakka Aroma! The Veg Manchow Soup was delicious and comforting. We absolutely loved the Gobi Manchurian Dry – perfectly crispy and flavorful. The Veg Hakka Noodles were also excellent, not greasy and packed with fresh veggies. Highly recommend for authentic Hakka cuisine!

Hidden gem of hakka food! Ordered beef noodles, chicken tikka, general tao, fried rice and all of ot was amazing! Definitely recommend. Great price too, food for 7 people for $120 before tip and we even have leftovers.

I believe this is the best Hakka restaurant in kitchener. I have had Hakka at all the places in Kitchener on Uber Eats, but this is the place that I think is unbeatable! Their walkin lunch special is a very reasonable priced option too. I had chicken hakka noodles and Kung pao chicken and both were just delicious!

I placed pick up order for chicken noodle soup(thukpa) and it was smelling really bad. It looks like they used expired chicken. They need to focus on their food quality.
