I love my Harvey’s and so does my son, especially since my son has sensory issues and Harvey fries are his favourite usually there is no problem. But I would avoid this location. We usually go to the one on Fairview and they are WONDERFUL-best service. I have never had an issue with fairway, but this location they make orders wrong, the quality is bad, and they NEVER answer the phone to fix there mistakes so don’t waste your time. If you want to go to Harvey’s go down to fairway do NOT go here 🤷🏽♀️

I highly recommend this harveys restaurant! From the moment you walk in, the staff treat you with incredible hospitality, making every dining experience enjoyable. The food is always delicious with superb quality and generous portions, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The owners/staff are super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is also very clean.

Not wheelchair or walker accessible and ramp is uphill to the door to get into the restaurant. Really challenging to get my mom inside. No one offered assistance to us.

Went there two order with a 9 year old kid who was having a hard time deciding on his side after waiting 10 min to be served when he could decide over the course of less then 30 seconds was told that we need to be ready when we’re at the counter in a ass hat tone

Never coming back to this place at night I advise against anybody coming to this place at night. They forget toppings. They give you excuses. They forget to give you your drink and they Park you every time and take forever
We like the restaurant and the burgers are delicious, but we notice the person who is cooking the burgers was not using gloves to handle the food, he was doing it with his own hands that is not hygienic.

I came in really looking forward to enjoying a good burger — something you expect to be paired with either quality food, great service, or ideally both. Unfortunately, my experience was far from it.
From the start, I was met with a rude and dismissive tone from the staff member handling the toppings. After I paid, I took my receipt as I always do and put it in my wallet. When I approached the counter to add toppings, the employee asked what I had ordered. I explained politely, and instead of simply helping, she snapped, “This is why you should leave the receipt there.” Totally uncalled for.
I then clearly told her I wanted everything except mayo — she asked the same question again as if she wasn’t listening, adding to the frustration. It was clear she wasn’t interested in delivering any kind of basic customer service, let alone creating a positive experience.
There are plenty of places to get a burger, but people come back for more than the food — they come back for how they’re treated. This kind of attitude is a complete turnoff and makes it hard to recommend the place to anyone.
