Excellent service, friendly staff asking how the food was and how my day was. The only thing I suggest is to bring back the peppercorn ranch for the deep fried pickles as Harvey’s had that as the sauce last time they rolled out the pickles.

What an absolute rip off. Asked for the works. There was no ketchup, no mustard, no pickles, no tomato. They did however add a handful of hot peppers to each burger that I was not amused one bit to bite into while not having a drink available. Its -30 out and all I wanted was a hot hamburger on a cold day. My relationship with Harvey's is over after today. Thanks for nothing! Youre welcome for my hard earned money....

Doesnt let you put additional toppings on poutine when every other harveys lets you. Its HARVEYS. Youre meant to be able to add any topping.

Ordered large poutine from door dash, the portion was way too less(only half box filled). No compensation. I recommend to choose other branch!!

I ordered poutine through app and selected take out. At the time of pick up I asked the guy to give me one veggie on the side which I generally do get at all the other Harvey’s. This employee said we have a policy we can’t give veggie on the side except pickles. Well first pickle is also veggie and there’s no any policy Harvey has created that you deny giving veggie on the side to the customers. Ridiculous answer by the their staff. Please avoid going here if you need anything on the side you have to pay. Like seriously. I would give 0 rating if I have had choice to give.
