Food was great & as expected from Harvey’s.
Location was clean & staff up front were all friendly, accommodating, & wearing gloves, however, unfortunately we had noticed the one cook in the back not using any gloves during cooking/prepping of any of the food. Would like to see a more consistent quality control of cleanliness amongst all staff, especially during this cold and flu season.

I’m honestly confused by what’s going on with this Harvey’s location. Every other Harvey’s I’ve visited has no issue garnishing a poutine, but here they flat-out refused—even when I offered to pay extra. It’s such a simple request, and the attitude I got made it clear they just didn’t care. It’s frustrating because adding a few onions or olives isn’t a big deal, and it’s what makes my food taste the way I like it. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

I simply adore this visit to this Harveys. The veggie burger and poutine is always good, and what really makes my heart feel is the kindness of one particular team member. One of the gentlemen who wear a turban and works in the kitchen and at times the drive thru on Wednesday nights and I would like to say how much I appreciate and love the way he treats the customers.
Such a difference is made by his warm smile, the attitude of respect, and the attention he gives to each order. You can taste the good mood that he adds there. It sincerely cheers me up all day when he is working.

The lady I dealt with at the drive-thru window , today Nov 3, at 12:43pm worst customer service ever, I had ordered my food online and was late picking it up due to unforeseen circumstances at work . she refused to give me fresh food, I payed $18 for a meal The poutine and burger were soggy and the lady who originally was at the window, said yes ma’am your food will be soggy,so then this other lady came to the window and told me too bad, she was rude And wouldn’t let me speak cut me off. what happened to customer service ? I will never return to this Harvey’s because of that lady I drove away with my soggy food i should’ve took pictures because I didn’t even finish it.

This location is not what it used to be. The ingredients are not fresh. They are serving dry and wilted veggies. Staff acts oversmart by telling the customers how they are supposed to order.

I love Harvey's for the taste of burgers. It's likely the best tasting and best fast foid chain in Canada in my opinion! The negative to it now is burgers have shrunk drastically over the years. I remember when you got a full big bun and the burger hung over the outside of it giving you better value for your dollar than the other burger competitors. Now it's shrunk to petite sizes and I'm hoping one day it will change back to the way it once was. Honourable mention for the Onion Rings but last two times I went they were a bit under cooked and not the crispy brown colour cooked to perfection that I grew up with...not sure if it's because of training, product differences or just apathy that's changed it and caused me to rate it a star lower as it used to be 5 stars in my books but has been going down a bit.... You get a discount here with your CAA card, that helps lower the costs a bit.

Very clean and relaxing. Staff is polite and professional. Food is prepared very well. Fries were hot and perfection. Had a hotdog with cheese and bacon slices. Love that they make a hotdog so well. Other food looked very well prepared as well.

This is the best Harvey’s in KW area the store is very clean, the staff super friendly, the food very filling. We ordered the angus burger combo with poutine which is upsized. I had to have a chocolate shake it’s amazingly thick! Very fulfilling supper definitely coming back sometime soon!
