These guys are the best. My truck quit at the drive thru speaker after ordering had to call a towtruck and I was worried about my 2 little girls in the back. They served us well and came out to help customers pulling in behind me. I fed my children while waiting for the towtruck it was there in ten minutes to my surprise. These situations can turn out to be horrendous but the whole staff ended up making this a pleasurable experience then I got towed back to Guelph. Nice driver and my little girls were happy playing passing the time in the back seat. Visit this location. You’ll get amazing service!

I would not goto the Harvey's on Victiria Street in Kitchener. They don't even let the cheese melt on the cheeseburger. Now I worry about other food not being properly cooked. Un freakin real. I could have just brought in a hunk of cheese and throw it on myself. What happened to this business or is it the people they are hiring !!!

Some of the best service I have ever gotten they were very kind and patient with helpful advice and seemed to actually enjoy working here. The food was great with very few people so we got it quickly. Sadly the triple pickle poutine ended, but they helped us "make it ourselves" as everything we needed to make it was there and they fix a simple mistake quickly. Overall this was the best service I have gotten and wish there was service like this everywhere.
Parking: There is plenty of parking but some spots are hard to get out of.
Kid-friendliness: There is a kid's menu and plenty of options for smaller portions.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible parking spot and it is very easy to get inside and out of the restaurant.
