Scott is very unhappy and unwilling to check the online order number on the receipt that matches my order. This isn't the first time he's been disrespectful. He told me that next time, without a name, there would be no order, as if he owns the place, when a simple reminder to remember the name would suffice. It's frustrating that the manager of this location is allowing this behavior and finds it acceptable. I come here weekly to have a meal with my son and simply want a peaceful experience without any unnecessary issues. Is that asking too much?
