I went in for 2 for 8$ burger deal and they tried sneaking in every extra topping for each burger for an extra price withought asking I asked the lady to remove the extra stuff they still ended up getting one extra thing on each burger charging me extra for it withought me knowing till I got home and checked receipt

Our burgers were not hot at all, barely warm. The onion rings were stale, and also cold. We ordered from the parking lot on the app, and walked into the restaurant to eat. The only saving grace is the burgers were dressed correctly, and the counter staff were friendly. I am sorely disappointed because I've always loved Harvey's hamburgers.

The food was not great. The milkshake was supposed to be chocolate, but tasted like vanilla and they only had straws that were tiny. It hurts to try and get the shake through the straws. Asked for forks and they were dropped onto their dirty counter that still had burger remnants. We also had to request napkins. Like most fast food in the area it is below average food with terrible service.
