Very disappointed. I placed an order for a malai chaap & when I went there to pick up my order they said they don’t have malai chap. Never recommend. Communicate with the customer properly.Replying to your response- First of fall, this is not my first time ordering malai chap at this particular location. Not having tandoor at the store is none of my business. All I had asked for my order, if you couldn’t make it you should have told me that you don’t have the resources to make it & the person who took the order should done have better job at communicating with the kitchen. So, it would save my 15 minutes drive. On top of that you’re losing a customer.

We tried this place for the very first time and ordered chana bhatura and spring roll and i must say everything was so fresh and delicious. We were looking for spring roll filled with noodles in kitchener and we got them here and very tasty. I would definitly go there again and would recommend this place to my friends n fam.

The portion sizes they offer for such a low price are unbeatable. It's become one of my top choices for takeout meals.

They just have tiffin service which is good other than that poor quality food. So much oil in samosa and bread pakoda, don’t even try their pav bhaji.. pav was like regular dry bread, they didn’t use butter at all and bhaji, it had some strange smell. Makhni pasta, no makhan at all and the curry was same as their’s shahi paneer.

The food is good and better than average takeouts. The servers are kinda not knowing what they are doing. Some of the girls seems confused no offense but they should be atleast knowing their own store.The biggest mistake is they pack hot food with cold drinks in the same bag.It’s a take out they should be giving separate bags for pops.I hope the owner pays attention on this.Thank you for your due response.I understand as a business it would be difficult to give extra bags as it would cost you as well and impact the environment.But my Order had 3 burger combos and one bread pakoda till 3 drinks and the whole order was in one bag.Ideally it shouldn’t be like that but hopefully you come out with something soon.The box got soggy due to the moisture of the pops making my fries all moist.I wish I would have showed you. Anyways I hope that you will figure out soon about the difference between person ordering one samosa and person ordering 3 burgers.Thank you.
