Ordered 2 giant subs and 1 large sub to go. That adds up in price, so you’d expect good value. The large sub was suppose to have chipotle mayo on the side as well as “mikes way” on the side to prevent it from getting soggy. Well the workers were too busy asking us how are day was multiple times they forgot to pay attention to their details. No side mayo or chipotle mayo was ever added to the bag. So just a dry sub with toppings for $25. When you pay over $60 for subs you’d expect them to at least get the basics right. Stop your chatter, and focus on your jobs. This is not the first time either. Last time I had to remind them to add the extras to the bag at check out. This time someone else picked the order up for me So that didn’t happen.
Here’s a tip. Next time someone asks for something on the side, stop what you are doing, get the side item ready and put it on top of the to go bag or near the register. Going down hill when simple instructions cannot be followed.

Came today for my first time ever, for the birthday sub coupon with Jersey Mike's. The food was great but even better was UT's customer service. Truly yall LUCKED out hiring this guy. He's a joy to be served by, kept everyone in a good mood even with a busy store and long line when I walked in. You have something special with him, I'd hire him for my store in a heartbeat!
