They make unbelievably good subs. Very packed subs at a great price. Service is super fast. We're from out of town and make a point of going there when in town. The Big Kahuna is to die for. Bread is exceptionally good, and they don't skimp on the filling. Oh my, so good!!!

Jersey mikes doesnāt know how to make a Sub or follow someoneās order, I ordered a Italian sub for my mom who has an allergy to ham 2 days ago (Thursday)and they gave her ham, I go back to get a replacement and I very specifically said NO HAM EXTRA CHEESE and what gets put on the sub ham and very little cheese, these people only care about the money they can make and donāt care about someoneās order, if you are looking for a sandwich spot locally stay away from jersey mikes because they will mess up your order try to make it right and even mess that up, Iām fed up with this poor service and Iām never wasting $40 on 2 combos at a place that cant even follow simple directions. Not to mention I also clearly asked for onions on this sandwich and in classic Jersey Mikes fashion they messed that up as well NO ONIONS ARE TO BE FOUND ON THE SANDWICH, and the most pathetic part of this entire situation is the āmanagerā who was supposed to oversee this correction didnāt ensure the order was made correctly. 589 Fairway Road South Kitchener Ontario Jersey Mikes is the worst place to go for lunch.

I canāt say enough things about this specific location. This is the first Location I have ever tried and have been coming here steadily for about a year. I wanted to do a special shout out UT I brought my two little kids to order their own subs not only was he super friendly and personable. He was also very accommodating to their needs and allow them to even select their own vegetables without rushing them. They have been smiling the whole time this was a very unique experience from most chains, and he was such a friendly gentlemen .
He Even mentioned my sonās new haircut, which being the first time coming in at all for him made him feel like he was on top of the world with his brand new mohawk. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Best customer service Iāve had in a while. Food was decent. Prices are high tho. Probably wouldāve given 3 stars for food and 2 stars for prices but 3 employees working on Tuesday may 6, 2025 afternoon were very friendly and welcoming.

Most delicious subs ! So huge, so filling, so well made ! Wish they had more locations locally so I dont have to drive from Waterloo to the far side of Kitchener BUT worth it !! Never had a bad experience, some may find it pricey but it's really not for the quantity you actually receive. I also love that they have like 3 maybe 4 different sizes for all different sized appetites !

I have Celiac Disease and need to be very careful. The staff here were so wonderful. I didn't feel like a pain or guilty. It was so nice to eat without concern The sub in a tub was awesome!
