Excellent service Excellent subs. No cheaping out on toppings. Everything is fresh and tastes like it too. A little pricey but we did get the giant size so worth it in my opinion. We were impressed especially by the service. All the staff were super professional and friendly. So much so that it was definitely noticed and brought me here to comment. Thank you Jersey Mike's!

Food was okay but poor communication. I ordered a cheesesteak and the person who took my order said I can add on any of the condiments for free but they made the sandwich before I could even customize it. The guy who I paid at the counter was good at upselling me a drink and bag of chips tho lol. So kinda disappointing for a first time experience at this place.

I am amazed on the service we have received from jersey mikes subs in Kitchener. We were down visiting from Sudbury and decided to give this place a try for the first time. And all I can say is “WOW” the service was amazing I wish we had great service like this around here. The workers were excellent very helpful and the food was delicious! Highly Recommend if we are back in Kitchener we will definitely come back thanks again :)

They make unbelievably good subs. Very packed subs at a great price. Service is super fast. We're from out of town and make a point of going there when in town. The Big Kahuna is to die for. Bread is exceptionally good, and they don't skimp on the filling. Oh my, so good!!!
Their chipotle chicken sub is the best one I have ever tasted in my life. They got amazing subs and definitely worth it.

Jersey mikes doesn’t know how to make a Sub or follow someone’s order, I ordered a Italian sub for my mom who has an allergy to ham 2 days ago (Thursday)and they gave her ham, I go back to get a replacement and I very specifically said NO HAM EXTRA CHEESE and what gets put on the sub ham and very little cheese, these people only care about the money they can make and don’t care about someone’s order, if you are looking for a sandwich spot locally stay away from jersey mikes because they will mess up your order try to make it right and even mess that up, I’m fed up with this poor service and I’m never wasting $40 on 2 combos at a place that cant even follow simple directions. Not to mention I also clearly asked for onions on this sandwich and in classic Jersey Mikes fashion they messed that up as well NO ONIONS ARE TO BE FOUND ON THE SANDWICH, and the most pathetic part of this entire situation is the “manager” who was supposed to oversee this correction didn’t ensure the order was made correctly. 589 Fairway Road South Kitchener Ontario Jersey Mikes is the worst place to go for lunch.
