I went ordered 4 spring rolls and chicken balls I waited after paying for over 45 minutes asking several times about my order to be told 15 more minutes with attitude so I let them know how poor service was cancelled got my money back with attitude I have gone there many times but now I will never go back to this place and will never recommend this business ever again

Delivery order took over an hour and a half, was to be 45 minutes to an hour. Food arrived cold!

Got the Dinner for 2 A, everything was tasty, the sweet and sour chicken took me by surprise with the even ratio of chicken and dough.
The only confusing thing was that I was expecting chicken chow mein as well, since it was on the menu but I ended up with....a stir fry of cabbage and beansprouts? No noodles, maybe like 3 pieces of chicken, so I was very confused.

Food was pretty good, 10-15 min wait after ordering so best to call your order in before you get there. A little pricey but other than that no complaints 😋😋😋

Absolutely the best and only Chinese food place you need in KW. Their food is delicious and pretty average priced. We have been getting their food like once a month for 2 years! Seriously love it!!!

I had such a great experience here! The food portions are very generous—you definitely get your money’s worth. Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The service was just as impressive; the staff were friendly, quick, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of without us even asking. Overall, it’s one of the best Chinese food spots I’ve been to, both for the food and the service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Their food is the best I've tried since I arrived at Kitchener. I'm Mexican and I loved their seasoning, it's delicious. I recommend the chicken breast sandwich with delicious rice. greetings

Never ordering here again. They think Chow Mein are bean sprouts. Too stupid to know that Chow Mein means stir fried noodle in Mandarin. Completely incompetent!
Chicken quality for General Tao is horrible, sometimes you could chew for hours on the same leathery piece. Like its been deep fried for hours.
