As a franchise, the portions have shrunk unbelievably while the prices keep climbing. And then there’s this location, which is easily the dirtiest one I’ve ever seen, with staff who act like customers are an inconvenience.
I ordered a 14-piece bucket, got home, and honestly couldn’t believe what I was looking at. Since when is a thigh chopped into four tiny scraps? They’re now counting a thigh plus a drum as five pieces. It’s an insult, not a meal. The food was greasy, cold, and just plain gross.
I grabbed a sandwich from the drive-through today, took one bite, and nearly gagged. Cold, smelly, rotting lettuce and a bun that was hard on one side, like it had been sitting out all day. It’s revolting.
At this rate, I don’t see KFC surviving much longer, and if anything collapses first, it will be this location. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.

Went at the KFC drive thrugh at 12 30pm today and ordered 4 piece tenders. Instead of the tenders I ordered i was given something completely different. Not happy.

Its gone downhill, the chicken is dry overcooked and the pieces are cut in half to make it even smaller. Extra salty and soggy there are better fried chicken chains to go to. KFC just doesn’t make the cut anymore avoid this chain spend your money else where. Service is extra slow the front counter seems lost most of the time, more help is needed in the front.

Been going to this location for 8 yrs been getting the same thing then today I get told I can no longer sub items for others when the meal was 11 Bux now it's over 20 bux for meal ! And can't even make it correct ! Sat in the drive thru for 10 min and roll up and they are all just chilling having a good time not even busy ! Just keeps getting worse and the price keeps going up ! Shameful !

Horrible customer service here. I had an issue with a delivery order, walked to the store for a solution and they did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Will not be going back to this location again which is sad as I was a regular customer.

Not the first time they forgotten something instead of sending what they forgot back out the fries they suggested I go pick it up. How to eat tortillas with my chicken no fries🤦🏻♂️there’s nothing they could do. Why would I order delivery if I have to go pick it up?get it together people

As a student I always come here, I pay for my food and respect the staff I always appreciate them and what they do. They don’t return that same energy, there always grumpy they have a bad attitude and get mad so easily they just don’t understand how to be nice. It’s usually the older woman that works there.
