If I could give 0 I would. Worst service ever. I am shocked at how terrible their service is. I ordered food from here and I came to collect it and went back home since the package was already sealed and ready. I came home to find missing items and honestly stale and cold food. This is honestly disgusting and totally unacceptable. I called the store multiple times and when I went in person today, they said their phones won’t be picked up if they are busy. I come in today to get a resolution for my order and frankly my time to deal with this mess and all I get is a bag of all the missing items and the most enraging this is they are cold food how can you give this to a customer after just getting a complaint about your food being cold and I don’t have the patience to deal with this terrible rude customer service. There was one girl who was nice and actually listened but with the service they have provided I would never be coming here again and frankly they should close this place for good. Terrible food and terrible rude customer service. Order takers are frankly awful. Do better please! 🙏

Worst fast food place in KW region, the lady at the cashier was completely rude at fist refunding my order because I ordered a combo with a sandwich that used the chicken of the famous sandwich( that is already faulty of their management) than I was asking her to just make another sandwich that doesn’t use this kind of meat because I just had more 30 mins of break , she ignored me and walked alway

Not even mention the worker in the back screams - another stupid ordered this sandwich again.

Wow, what a ridiculous experience. Mad a simple online order and tipped well. The order arrived missing items. KFC on both a corporate level and store level completely fail to offer any options for the customer in this circumstance. Nobody answer the phone or emails. The order items actually cost more online so when I drove to the store for a refund on the missing items they couldn't just simply do so because in their system the time is actually less money. What a disappointment and a waste of my time.

Worst Experience Ever at KFC (Pickup Order via UberEats)
I placed a pickup order through UberEats for a location that clearly states store hours until 11:30 PM. I arrived at 10:47 PM—well within business hours—only to find both doors completely locked.

I knocked twice, called the store five times, and could clearly see inside, yet no one bothered to answer or acknowledge me. I stood outside for over 20 minutes, trying to figure out how to get my order.

When someone finally spoke to me, the response was shockingly rude. I was told, in an unhelpful tone, that the doors close at 10:30 PM—something that is not mentioned anywhere on UberEats, on the store signage, or in any pickup instructions.

Apparently, even if you walk to the store, you are forced to collect your order through the drive-thru window—again, not communicated anywhere.

This is unacceptable customer service. If customers can’t enter after 10:30 PM, it should be clearly communicated before placing an order. Being ignored, disrespected, and inconvenienced like this is completely unprofessional. I will be rethinking any future orders from this location.

I recently ordered the 10-piece meal with 3 sides, but unfortunately, the chicken was extremely salty. I shared my feedback with a staff member, but her response was disappointing — she simply said there was nothing she could do and that they have to follow the recipe. If customer feedback is dismissed so easily, how can any improvements be made? Please take this seriously and work on adjusting the salt levels. KFC, we expect better

Nice little crew you got working here. buddy can barely speak English, gets frustrated when you start yelling cause he can’t understand you, says he isn’t serving you then proceeds to tell you to come back through drive through just to serve you a raw sandwich and give you “a brownie for the inconvenience”

The employees decided to lock the doors 2hours before closing forcing everyone into the drive through. Created a massive backup also when we got up to finally order he didn’t speak English at all kept messing up our order and when we got frustrated and yelled our correct order for the 10th time he then refused to serve us. GET BETTER STAFF WHO CAN SPEAK ENGLISH AND TAKE PROPER ORDERS AND NOT REFUSE MAUILTPUL ORDERS

Super, super salty. Something is seriously off with the seasoning ratios—fried chicken was overwhelmingly salty and barely edible. I returned it, but the staff brought back the same chicken from the same batch, saying everything was fine. Nothing could be done beyond a sorry and a shrug. Really disappointing.
