No wonder why the ratings are low.. I ordered via app and went to collect my order.. they said I need to wait for 2 mins..

After 15 mins and with impatience, I asked if my order is ready, they took a parcel which was laying infront of me for a long time on their table and handed it to me.. Did not even said sorry for the delay

came to get dinner at the end of my shopping, 20 minutes before close, and they told me they were closed…to top it off he was punching in an order which looked to be for himself. It’s great to see that they worry about closing early and feeding themselves instead of serving the general public (WHICH IS THERE JOB).

Tribal experience I recommend people don’t go.

My daughter got food poisoning after ordering a meal from KFC at Fairview Mall in Kitchener09/18/2024 at 3:00pm She wouldn’t stop vomiting and even vomited blood. I took her to the emergency room. I called the branch and asked to speak to the manager. A girl answered, and when I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me and hung up the phone. I tried calling several times, but she didn’t answer. There was a girl and a guy speaking Indian to each other and playing Indian songs She was disrespectful no customer service at all . Dirty location and dirty food.

The food was satisfactory, but the service could use improvement compared to other KFC locations. It would be helpful to have more offerings, a clearer display of the various menu items, and ensure that staff wear hair nets and avoid touching their hair while attending to customers for better hygiene.

Disorganized, messy, slowest service imaginable. Didn't put gravy on the poutine. The staff could care less about what they do and they proudly acted as such. I understand it is fast food and in a mall so the bar isn't set that high, but why leave the impression that you are still well below the bar.

Usually have no issue with this place. I mean it's a taco bell/KFC, you get what you pay for. But just remind your employees that sitting in the counters you place the food while waiting to bag the rest is a tiny bit unhygienic. My part timers in my fast food job would never be caught doing that

The manager is rude. I ordered two of the 2 can dine sharing online for 15.99 and when I came here I was given 1 piece of chicken instead of 4 as it is online.I tried explaining to the rude manager who seemed like she's not interested in listening to me. I eventually had to call since I ordered using the kfc number who confirmed I was meant to get 4 dark chicken and after wasting my time for almost 10 minutes she said to speak with the manager because she cant do anything to help. That's when I realized rude lady was the manager. Who got tired when I told her I confirmed and I was meant to get the four not 1 and she angrily told me I should also tell them to fix the system because the way my receipt was sent to my email said 1x dark meat not 4 x Dark meat. She said it's a problem for her too.She eventually went in upset get my remaining 6 pieces of chicken, gave it to me without saying a word and walked away. How ridiculous can a human being be.The least I expected was that since she claimed to know the order she would've listened to me to figured where the problem was from. Definitely not ordering any time soon. KFC needs to fix there system. I'm very disappointed.The food doesn't even taste in any way like the KFC I have had so far. The chicken is a complete disappointment.
