25 minutes waiting for my order. Asked them 3 times for extra mayo. They made it with regular mayo.

I have ordered on 4 July 2025 at 11am i went for instore pickup two indian girls talking with eachother no greetings and no please no thank you. They were really rude while serving. Never coming back to this location. Please train them how to serve customer. Myself I have worked as part time in fast food industry but worst experience from this location.
Female manager on duty has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I arrived to pick up an order for a customer. I inquired about the time and was told 10 minutes which is already too long for delivieries the expected wait time is no longer than 8 minutes. I patiently waited, until I recieved texts from customer and a call from the delivery company, at which point I inquired again and had been almost 20 minutes and she was very rude and unprofessional towards me, telling me that I am creating a problem when I simply asked a question politely in the name of customer service. I watched as she served every other drive besides me, at which point I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me.. she also asked to take my personal phone and talk to the delivery company when I said they were asking what the hold up was to which I said no it's my personal phone and then she said I was lying about being on the call because I had changed screens back to the delivery app while still on call. The delivery company heard some of what she said and opened a case on their end to file the report. Incident happened at approximately 12pm on June 24th.

No wonder why the ratings are low.. I ordered via app and went to collect my order.. they said I need to wait for 2 mins..
After 15 mins and with impatience, I asked if my order is ready, they took a parcel which was laying infront of me for a long time on their table and handed it to me.. Did not even said sorry for the delay

came to get dinner at the end of my shopping, 20 minutes before close, and they told me they were closed…to top it off he was punching in an order which looked to be for himself. It’s great to see that they worry about closing early and feeding themselves instead of serving the general public (WHICH IS THERE JOB).

Tribal experience I recommend people don’t go.
My daughter got food poisoning after ordering a meal from KFC at Fairview Mall in Kitchener09/18/2024 at 3:00pm She wouldn’t stop vomiting and even vomited blood. I took her to the emergency room. I called the branch and asked to speak to the manager. A girl answered, and when I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me and hung up the phone. I tried calling several times, but she didn’t answer. There was a girl and a guy speaking Indian to each other and playing Indian songs She was disrespectful no customer service at all . Dirty location and dirty food.
The food was satisfactory, but the service could use improvement compared to other KFC locations. It would be helpful to have more offerings, a clearer display of the various menu items, and ensure that staff wear hair nets and avoid touching their hair while attending to customers for better hygiene.

Disorganized, messy, slowest service imaginable. Didn't put gravy on the poutine. The staff could care less about what they do and they proudly acted as such. I understand it is fast food and in a mall so the bar isn't set that high, but why leave the impression that you are still well below the bar.
