very friendly staff, did a wonderful job of how they serve the customers with COVID-19 changes, they'll bring you the trays of food rather than you getting it yourself to maintain social distancing
Absolutely a place worth trying, the food is excellent and well prepared, the rates are convenient and it is constantly clean here. Great work.
Service was good otherwise can’t say much positive about our experience. Food was dry, chicken was stringy, I couldn’t get a knife or fork through the coffee cake. Given the prices and experience I will not be back. Save your money and go to any other buffet in town.
Food was passable. It’s best to go when they make things fresh. Otherwise you’ll be eating stale reheated tasting food. Waiters/waitress’ are overall pleasant. Minus one...
I had originally booked my Mom's 50th booked at Chuck's Roadhouse for 14 people ... long story short, they had never told me they do not take reservations and ended up not being able to accommodate the party. We called King's Buffet in a panic and they were able to have us all in a secluded area 3hrs before they close in order to celebrate my mom's milestone birthday. The food was great, the waitress was nice, and the owner made us feel welcome. Thanks King's Buffet for saving the night :)
I haven’t been to this place since it opened the first time I went It was amazing. Unfortunately for this time the food was terrible. For the price you are paying you might as well go to any other place. The food have been sitting in the hot plate for so long that it was dry and burnt. There was little to no staff. The sushi bar had no one making sushi and no one cutting the meat at the counter. The dessert table was bear with no one making waffle cones. Go to Mandarin for the exact same price or any of the other AYCE sushi places. Will not be coming back to this place.
Saw the review but still decided to check it out and have to say was lot regret. 1 point for cleanliness and 1 point for variety of items. The bad part, food was dry, old and tasted the worse i ever had. For the price, one enjoy regular menu sushi even if not all you can eat.
Used Skip the Dishes tonight to order food in. If you like Canadian Chinese food then this is for you. Otherwise don't bother. Most boring Chinese food I've ever had, definitely won't order again and I won't bother going to the buffet either.
Price was pretty high considering all the meat dishes tasted old like they were leftover from the lunch buffet. Torpedo shrimp were soggy I'm assuming for the same reason. We won't be returning.
What an absolutely horrid experience. We went Christmas Eve and regret it completely. The food was so old + dry tasting. My 5 year old wanted a bread stick so I got her one and when we got to the table she tried to bite it and couldn’t as it was completely rock solid. I have truly never experienced anything like that before. The service was also less than impressive. No water refills, server didn’t smile even when our kids said merry Christmas. My mom had to chase her down to pay even after asking for the bill and waiting 15 minutes. It wasn’t overly busy for not really an excuse they could use. Anyways, we will never go here again

OMG!! Kings buffet was disgusting! So I went right after 4pm expecting a fresh dinner menu, the price was more expensive than lunch time hours. It was all day food at the buffet, I really wish I had taken a photo. The shrimp was rubber, the noodles dried out, the prime rib turned to powder in my mouth, literally. The pork ribs were awful. I shall never again visit that place, that place will never see my money. Terrible! I visited a few time and it was nothing to write home about but not this awful! The manager offered to send me home with fresh food, as if there were going to make me fresh prime rib ha. I would rather taking my business to mandarin any day over this joke. People shouldn’t have to pay more for stale food. Spend your money and buy from a regular Asian restaurant or cook at home. The only thing left was for me to get sick, I’m glad I didn’t.
You know what you're getting at this place. It's the same as every other Chinese Buffet you've ever been in. Food ranges from fresh and good to dry and sunburned by the heat lamps. Mislabeled products, run of the mill quality, run of the mill experience.
Great place to eat. Great staff friendly kind and courses. Love this place.
Clean, bright and great food. Have not been disappointed yet when dining here. The staff are always friendly and polite, and willing to help ensure a great dining experience.
Lots of items to choose from. The roasted beef was probably the most delicious along with the beef jerky at the same station. The vegetable and rice and noodles combos were all delicious, so was the sweet and sour pork. The deep fried food was under the lights for too long so that was pretty dry. Its not my first choice buffet place. It's not worth the $26.99. Service was good. They cleared away empty dishes quickly. Our waiter forgot who ordered a coffee so that came very late.
