Not food allergy friendly! I have an egg allergy and requested my fried rice without egg. This request iwas both noted on the receipt and written on the lid of the rice dish, but there was obvious scrambled egg inside.

Please don’t take this the wrong way these are recommendations. The place didn’t have the best scent. The chowmeins was undercooked (some not cooked…) And there were mysterious jelly parts in it pictured bellow.

I get a uber deliver order and the food wasn’t good at all. I don’t know how’s the service at the restaurant but Thai food should be better.

My friends and I ordered food from here and got MOLDY cucumbers in our fresh rolls. It made all of us sick. The quality has gone extremely downhill and this is just unacceptable and a health hazard. Extremely disappointing and revolting experience

Not sure what flavour the wings were supposed to be - all I could taste was salt, did someone accidentally spill a bag of it?

Very unfortunate, really wanted to like this as fried chicken is one of my favourites and it looked great on the menu. My tongue felt pickled after eating 3, and plain rice was unable to save it. Cannot recommend.

Sometimes it's the little things that keep us coming back.... This location has great service and food is always good.

Bit of a hole in the wall atmosphere, which is nice. But the portions for the price nearly made.me cry. A handful of pad Thai for 15 bucks.(and that's at lunch special prices)

Ordered for the first time! Satay chicken and spicy Thai salad. Both were so yummy!! I will def order again!

I recently went to this restaurant for the first time. Food was ok - ish same as atmosphere.
Our group was VERY happy with the server . I asked for her name and she said it is NOOT.
She took great care of us all. She had a warm friendly personality and a beautiful smile.
You could easily see she is genuine and wanted to help us.
She went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience is perfect.
Her professionalism and warmth added a personal touch to our evening. We all loved her.
If we ever return we HOPE Noot will be our server again . She is the BEST server i have had the pleasure of .

coconut soup is very watery and veggies are undercooked

Just ordered Pad Thai, it was below average and lacking any taste. Not enough sauce. Very disappointed, considering their waterloo location seems to be very good. Its the second time we had the bad experience from this location.
