A maniac who is seen joking around with the owner inside the shop about a Tesla parked outside the shop completely unprovoked almost crashed her vehicle into other parked cars to ensure she gave the inanimate object the finger. Avoid at all costs, not a safe shopping experience.

I really enjoyed their Cambridge location before they closed their doors. I decided to venture to their Kitchener location this past Saturday and boy was it very dysfunctional. It smelled like weed and was very dirty. Empty boxes everywhere and the lady manning the store was outside sitting down and smoking when I pulled up. No care to clean up any of the boxes or open new boxes of coffee. Obviously no care or pride shown in this local business.
