So good!
The fries were so obviously stale and not fresh at all . Feels like they used old oil to fry it and the fries weren’t even hot or crispy it was so obvious they were cold annd just sitting there for a while. unfortunately even though The owner seems nice. Don’t fool people with

I had Sunday lunch here. I put it on without waiting. The hamburger was really delicious. I'm willing to visit again.

Food was excellent! The prices are very reasonable and you get a great portion for the price and it was ready within 10 minutes. Will definitely be back when I return to Kitchener again

Was exploring kw downtown and found this gem. Chill atmosphere, subtle tunes. The food was perfect. Fresh grilled mushroom burger and the poutine were both incredible. Will return 10/10

It's what I expect from a fast food burger joint. A&W is way better, cheaper, but not downtown.
got food poisoning here 🤢🤢🤮. Do not get their burgers.

Everything was fine until we watched the chef press both burger patties with his bare hands... on top of that extremely thin. As hygiene seems to be optional, we will not be coming back.

I was there this weekend and I was not impressed with the service with the product. The weight was ridiculous. Number one problem was not enough staff . I don't think I was ever served cold fries at any Restaurants. Food was cold and overdone.

Union Burger was the best burger I’ve had in a long time! The meat was flavourful and juicy, and the custom toppings are fresh and generous. Highly recommend the peppercorn goat cheese burger that has two patties and caramelized onions!
Edit: they changed their name to KW Burger Co. but still have mostly the same menu. I don’t know if they changed anything, but it seems the fries are now over cooked/greasy, and there’s not enough goat cheese nor peppercorn on the “peppercorn goat cheese burger”. The beef used to be advertised as “hormone free”, but isn’t anymore.
I will still go when I want a burger because “support local”.

The grilled chicken burger here is one of the best I’ve ever had. Unlike every other burger place the chicken is not dry!
