Took the recommendation from our server Catherine and she absolutely nailed it. She clearly knows the menu inside out and suggested the perfect pizza for us — hands down the best choice at the table. Meanwhile, my friends tried to be “smart” with their own picks and totally fumbled their orders 😂

It’s hard for me to say this but I do want to share this with people now. I think I never experienced racism for 10 years I’m in Canada. Except on 2022 I celebrated some special event by myself in this restaurant. The waiter treated me badly, like I don’t exist and served burned bread to me, whereas she’s very nice to other customers. But I was young, feels wrong but didn’t realize what it is. As years passed by I realized it is the smallest malice makes things go off....

We randomly went to this place on A Tuesday
It was quite Tuesday, but the place was clean and cozy
Our service was good, not great, but that's fine for a Tuesday
We had beer, an espresso martini, pizza and a pasta
The espresso martini was average; we expected it to be better at an Italian restaurant
The pizza was quite good, but the pasta was bad, the gnocchi was good, but the sauce was watery and tasteless
