Small restaurant that serves very delicious food.
We have been multiple times to this place. The menu is very limited but the food is good.

I recently attended a social mixer here and can’t say enough about the venue, atmosphere, food, hospitality, and overall experience. Co-owner Vanessa gave a wonderful introduction to each dish, while her husband, Co-owner and professional chef trained in Spain—absolutely outdid himself. Be sure to try a slice of his grandmother’s famous Spanish cheesecake when you visit! I can’t wait to come back.

After visiting Spain early this year, I’ve badly been craving authentic seafood paella and I’m so glad that La Lola came through with the flavours! Their Gambas Al Ajillo are also to die for- so delish!!

A little slice of Spain in Kitchener, OLÉ! Love, love, love the tortilla Español, paella, croquetas and the awesome selection of Spanish charcuterie. Go on Wine Wednesday for an excellent Spanish red.

We enjoyed Tapas in many places over the years. The food here was exceptional!! The menu offered many choices we came super hungry so we ordered almost one of everything 🤣 There wasn’t a dish that was just okay… all the food was delicious and flavourful. Everyone at our table commented to us the next day how much they enjoyed the dishes we ordered. We will all be back soon! Thank you La Lola well done 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Wonderful time at la lola. Food was delicious and the service was excellent! Thank you!
La Lola Tapas Bar is a Spanish tapas restaurant.
The food was delicious with authentic Spanish flavours, we enjoyed every dish they had to offer. The seafood paella was really good it had nice touch of saffron and the seafood was perfectly cooked. The red wine sangria was also nice, it had a good balance of wine and fruit, not overly alcohol tasting.
Service was attentive and friendly. Overall a great dining experience.

Had the opportunity to visit this lovely restaurant on Saturday, to celebrate a friend's Birthday. The service was amazing 👏 and the food was exceptional. I still want the recipient for the Sangria 😆 Thank you everyone, we will back to visit again soon.

Pros:
• the service was impeccable and although I cannot recall her name, our server deserves a positive shout out.
• Additionally, while the prices are on the higher side, I believe them to be generally reasonable for the generous portions that were delivered. My partner and I split the calamari, charcuterie board, and gaspacho, and she had a glass of sangria (which she found quite good).
Cons:
• a minor issue: we both felt that the calamari and gaspacho were oversalted. The calamari in particular, despite having a pleasantly light batter, was so salty that my partner couldn't eat more than 1/3 of the dish.
• the major issue (and reason for the review): shortly after leaving, we both came down with a moderate case of gastrointestinal sickness. We believe this could have been from either the gaspacho or the charcuterie board.

Some meals feed the stomach—others feed the soul. Mi Tienda Latina does both, bringing authentic Latin American flavors and warm hospitality to Kitchener.
The Maracuja Juice was tropical and refreshing, while the Horchata was creamy, sweet, and perfectly spiced. The Vegan Tacos delivered fresh flavors with beans, parsley, pico de gallo, and onion, paired with a tangy salsa verde. And the Birria Tacos? Absolute perfection. Juicy, cheesy, and dunked in rich, flavorful consomé—a 10/10 experience.
The Pupusas were crispy outside, soft inside, and bursting with authentic flavors. The Vegan & Gluten-Free Empanadas surprised us with a sweet plantain filling and a delicate crunch. And the Churros? Light, crispy, and heavenly with caramel sauce.
