Great falafel and shawarmas! Really busy during dinner time and there was a miscommunication regarding an item I ordered. The people working there were so nice they corrected my order and even gave me a bigger size. Definitely come back again.

their shawarma on the sticks is delicious i come here often now just for it. fries are made to order and cripsy. wait time isnt too long considering how busy they get with take outs. worth to try out pricing is also fair and reasonable

Worst shawarma we've ever tasted! Waste of money! My kids couldn't eat that gyro beef +lamb. It was so disgusting and it went straight to the garbage bin after picking some rice out of it. Went straight to the garbage bin. You should have told me from the start it's a processed meat and not real lamb and beef. You could get away with someone else but me who knows how real meat tastes like.Chicken wasn't good either, especially when you put so much rice and so little chicken in a large plate.What a rip off!I assure you that it was our first and last time ordering food at this location on Highland.

All I wanna say to the manager is to Please go try Chicken or rice from Guelph Stone rd location and you will know what the real taste of Lazeez is. I am never getting shawarma from Kitchener location again it was that bad . I am sorry but this is the truth, looks like this location has not been following the right procedures to cook Chicken and Rice coz everything was bland and even the garlic sauce was bad.

I’ve never been so disgusted. After I placed my order I saw the guy dump the rice in the pot and some of the rice missed the pot. Instead of throwing the rice out that fell, he wiped it up with his bare hands and put it in the pot for everyone to eat. This is disgusting. Super unsanitary. Reminds me of the street food in India. When I asked for fries instead he argued with me about what he thinks he did and what actually happened. I asked for my money back and he was sarcastic saying “customer is always right”. Bro I just don’t need hairs and dirt in my rice. I’m never coming back here and please anyone do not eat here unless you like a side of dirt and nastiness in your food. Disgusting. Go to university lazeez because this place is gross.
