Best hot pot in town. Hands down. Would go just for the mango slushie and satay alone :)

This place reminds me of Karen's Diner, but not explicitly advertised as such. Food is great and delicious and prices are so good I'm surprised how they can stay in business. They start you off with every dish and you can keep ordering more rounds, each and every item was high quality and amazing. Though only the food deserves praise, and if you object to that, then maybe you should not be allowed to be a member.
Vegetarian options: great
Dietary restrictions: great
Kid-friendliness: no kids but maybe

after all the reviews I still give it a try. Actually it’s not bad, or I can say it’s good! Very traditional HK hot pot, foods are fresh. That’s the key about hot pot, fresh foods, light broths and good sauces. They have all the key elements. Besides the environment it’s a oolddd! But just imagine yourself in an indoor 大排檔. The options aren’t too much, but they have the essential and it’s way enough for a hot pot.

It was dirty and messy. There was a strange smell when you walked in. The floor was dirty and the cloth chairs were soaked with starch. How can the kitchen be so clean in this environment?

I'm going to re-write my review because the owner here is wildly unprofessional and they are quite inappropriate.
I had a negative experience while eating here with a "member". They seem to exclude people from membership, you can easily go on Reddit to find out who they exclude.
They will keep ranting. Good for them.
Just go somewhere else.

Great food, fast service!
This is my second visit.
This time, I learned how to slow down and better enjoy everything.
The mango drink went really well with the hot pot.
Will definitely come back regularly.

You will find out this place has the most horrible attitude and poor experience. The restaurant owner will yell at customers for nonsens. If you don't want to be treated poorly, choose another restaurant.

Great food and experience.
I do understand why people in the reviews get upset. Lol, I would say if you feel that the owner is rude, that's why it's authentic hahaha. I can feel that the owner and his family don't care to make EVERYONE satisfied. They are more like if you get it you are welcome if not just don't bother to come. I don't feel that anyone is rude. But yeah they are not gonna treat you like a king for sure. I only had expectations on food, and it exceeded my expectations.
Hey, they don't even ask for any tips. Like I said, It is authentic Hongkong style。

I have been here 3 times in different years. The taste is really unique and delicious. People come here for the food, not for the service or environment. It is a reasonably priced hotpot. The sauce is unique and the ingredients are fresh. Their mango slush is a must try. Don’t touch the electric oven on the table.

Love this place for the food. Set your expectations straight, this is not a luxurious Michelin class restaurant, where waiters bend over backwards to serve you. I live 2 hours away and I visit the restaurant every time I am in the loo area.
To all of you whiners, we don’t care, move on and go enjoy your meal elsewhere. This place is a gem to the rest of us.

One of the worst service I’ve ever got in my life, if you don’t speak Cantonese be prepared to be treated like pure Junk. The owner has some real anger issues I suspect that he’s been abused as a child.

A very sentimental store! Liu Yishou’s Little Sheep is everywhere on the street, and I sincerely hope that this kind of family hotpot restaurant can continue to open.
