I bought two chickens and they arrived cold and poorly presented; I think that ruins their good flavor!

Placed an order a week in advance that included Portuguese buns and when I arrived, I was told that they didn’t have any. The staff was not friendly and extremely unorganized.

I recently stopped by Lisboa in Kitchener, and the chicken and potatoes were pretty good. The chicken was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, and the potatoes were cooked just right — simple, flavorful, and comforting. It honestly felt like a home-cooked meal.

. I’ll definitely be going back when I’m craving something authentic.

My husband and I got married in October 2025 and catered our wedding food from Lisboa Bakery and Grill. We couldn’t be happier with our choice! The service was phenomenal, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the food was.

We visited a few times beforehand to try different options and ask questions, and every interaction was wonderful. The staff were incredibly helpful, informative, and took the time to truly understand our needs when placing our order.

Our wedding was held in Listowel, and they were able to deliver outside of the KW region for a delivery fee, which made everything so convenient. The amount of food we received for approximately 100 guests was SO generous, especially for such an amazing price. We even had guests going home with leftovers!

We are beyond grateful to Lisboa Bakery and Grill for helping make our wedding day so special!

The Portuguese bakery/ food shops in Toronto are outstanding. This place needs to go to Toronto to compare and see what's needed to make it a grand slam food outlet.

My honest take after being here a 3-4 times: food off the menu is incredible! Excellent prices. Their chicken dinner is so darn good. Service takes forever most times I come here. I came here with a few ladies from work in December and no one acknowledged our table for nearly 20 minutes. It was also freezing in the restaurant we sat near the barn doors and our feet were numb.

I came in for an espresso and natas. Was greeted by a very polite young man who took my order. He asked me to take a seat and he would bring my order to me. Shortly after I received my order. While enjoying my espresso, they started bringing out chicken and roasted potatoes. Now I'm starting to regret my choice. The aromas floating throughout the restaurant are mesmerizing. I will return soon to try some more of their foods.

Preordered for Christmas and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Pickup was quick and well-organized, with everything ready right on time. The food was fresh, flavourful, and well-packaged, which made it easy to serve at home. Portions were generous and great value for the price. It made our Christmas meal so much easier—would definitely preorder again for the holidays.”

Delicious Piri Piri grilled chicken dinners and the Portuguese bakery breads and pastries are fantastic, especially the traditional natas (custard tarts) which are the best I've had outside of Lisbon!

Stopped in for lunch and had a wonderful meal with my family.
Very welcoming environment with delicious food.
It was busy with many people ordering take out. We decided to sit and eat. Our server Patricia was very friendly.
Great place to stop and eat if you are in the KW area.
