I recently visited this store and used their automated locker system to pick up my order. The concept is great, but I ran into a hiccup—after entering my code, the door didn’t open. Not knowing if it needed to be opened manually, I bent down to take a closer look.
Just then, a staff member from the back called out, “If the door isn’t opening, don’t fight it,” in a tone that came off more sly and rude than helpful. It wasn’t necessarily what was said—but how it was said. A moment of patience or even a friendly explanation would’ve gone a long way.
At the very least, maybe let someone who is bend down to pick their order stand up straight and ask for help before correcting them from behind the counter? Or are we going to correct our customers like they are idiots ?
That said, the food was great and everything else was smooth, but that one interaction left me feeling a bit unwelcome.

Went in today at lunch time (as i frequently do) do pickup a hot n ready (not even a custom order) and was met with a lineup of 4+ people who had not even been served yet. There were 2 staff in the store working during a busy period, not a sensible arrangement. Staff did not even apologize for the wait, did not explain if there was a lack of staff due to a call in or anything. I left without getting food as I have limited time for my lunch break. Dissapointing service.

I usually come to this location to order pizza but recently I have seen a downfall in product satisfaction.... I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, large, 3 toppings, and when I got home with it the thing was half cooked.... I don't mean half of it was cooked. I mean it's like they put it in the oven for half the time.... I had to cook it up here at my place for an extra 20 minutes. By then, the cheese in the stuffed crust was an oily gelatin goo and disgusting, and the pizza just kept falling apart.... I'm debating whether I want to order from this location again.

Came to this location late night on a Wednesday and couldn't help but notice the unbearable smell of one of the workers here. Very disgusting and unprofessional especially when I'm about to purchase dinner. Could at least have a air freshener.

I want to give this Little Caesars location a shout out for helping few preteen girls feel safe and heard when they had came in asking for help as someone was making them feel uncomfortable outside.
Thank you so much for all the employees who stepped in, calling the cops as it was needed, to the employee who walked them out to safe location. I am the mother of one of the girls so thank you to all the people involved to make sure the girls were safe..
Keep in mind this review is specific for the deep dish pizza. For the money, this is actually one of the best deep dishes you can get around here, would highly recommend. Personally though I would stay away from the hot and ready stuff, Little Caesers is very two faced for me, deep dish is great, hot and ready is pretty rough, but at least it's cheap.
