Served a tainted dipping sauce. Maybe it was expired maybe it hadn’t been kept refrigerated. Didn’t realize until after it was ingested and I spent the entire night and next morning projectile vomiting. Symptoms presented an hour after ingestion... still feeling the effects 2 days later.
