went in asked how long for a cheese bead. 10 mins. I was in a rush. asked what pizza they had. cheese and pep she said. I said ill wait for chesse bread and was handed a cheese pizza. she made me my cheese bread and bonus crazy bread and sauce as an added bonus! thank you

Ordered delivery on Oct 31st. 45 min for delivery ended up being double. Tried to cancel, but was told it was already on route even though the driver from door dash text me and said the store was very busy and he was still waiting. I have been trying for 2 months to get my refund that was promised to me on Oct 31st, but according to door dash, the store has not issued it yet. Shame on Little Caesars for their customer service. I have the ability to choose who gets our large pizza orders from my company. guess who lost out on that……

Bad customer service. The lady who worked here at 3.29 pm (Saturday )has no etiquette. She was rude, unprofessional, and did not know how to speak to customers respectfully. This experience made me not want to return. Customer service really needs improvement.

Pretty annoyed. I figured that when you ordered a pizza it was supposed to be made for you fresh. The ticket told me that it would take at least 25 minutes to half an hour so I put my phone down. Meanwhile, on my email one minute after I placed the order it says my pizza was ready which means they just took it out of hot and fresh and gave me pizza that God knows how old it is. Won't be back to this location

Called at 4:32 PM to place a pick up order. My husband went at five when I was told it would be ready. They denied that anybody called in and did not have the order ready .
Update - we reordered cause it’s cheap and they gave it to us for free so all is forgiven. Thank you

The lady working when I ordered last night was amazing! It was close to 11 and I had gone in and ordered and then waited in my car. I asked her to wave when it was ready. She did but then met me at the store door which was amazing which avoided me having to be in close proximity to male patrons in the store at the time. I really appreciated that !

The food was amazing. But not as good as the service because it was the best service ever. This guy named Owen served me and he was so nice he definitely deserves a raise. 10/10 experience. I would definitely recommend.
