Recently, we had Los Rolling Tacos cater a Saturday afternoon, backyard wedding reception with family and friends. They setup a grill in the driveway and everyone really enjoy the tacos! Service was awesome and the two guys that did the grilling were friendly and cleaned up everything; you wouldn’t know they were even at our place. Jose, the owner, was easy to deal with (we did everything by email). I highly recommend Los Rolling Tacos. It let me enjoy the day without worrying about cooking!,

I picked up two Birria tacos from their food truck at the Way back festival. It was my first experience with an authentic taco and it was absolutely WONDERFUL! With the broth dip it was everything I was imagining and more.

I'll definitely be back to get more cause these are to die for!

Ate at the food truck. Tacos had no cohesion, ingredients didn’t mesh, like using cabbage, and there was no flavor. The tortilla was ok but fell apart. Also, the guacamole was literally just avocado, no cilantro, salt, or onion…though plenty of lime. For what you get, hella overpriced.

From that crispy, sweet-and-savory al pastor magic (hello pineapple + adobo combo 👀) to the juicy birria tacos stuffed with tender brisket and dunked in that rich, soul-warming consommé — every bite had us shook. And don’t even get us started on the churros... golden on the outside, gooey caramel surprise inside.

Need a cool-down? Their house horchata is the ultimate creamy-sweet refresher. It’s like a hug in a cup.

We had Los Rolling Tacos come directly to our workplace for an employee lunch, and it was a hit! The tacos were fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. Everyone was impressed with the quality and taste. Great service, convenient setup, and delicious food—would definitely recommend for any event or office lunch!

Delicious tacos made with love, tried 3 tacos, definitely recommend the 3 Birria, Suadero Flank steak, and Campechano. Juicy tacos, tasteful broth and hot sauce had balanced spice that gives you that slight hot flavour!
