Braised local brisket and chuck in a flavourful adobo sauce with melted cheese in a slightly crispy corn tortilla and a side of broth.
Al Pastor Taco (1)
Local pork shoulder in a sweet and tangy pineapple marinade finished with fresh charred pineapple.
Flautas (Fried) (3)
Three rolled-up crispy tacos. Filled with tinga (chicken). Finished with salsa verde, cream fresca, and cotija cheese.
Pollo Tinga Taco (1)
Local shredded chicken with shredded onion in a smoky tomato sauce with chipotle sauce and cabbage finished with garlic aioli.
Choriqueso Taco (1)
Mexican Choriso mixed with cheese in a corn tortilla. (Quesadilla Style) onion,cilantro,salsa
Vegetarian Taco (1)
Roasted garlic black beans, mixed with sauteed peppers, and onions, and topped with avocado green tomatillo salsa.
Suadero (Flank Steak) Taco (1)
Local flank steak slows cooked within its fat until tender. It's being crisped up in a griddle and served in warm tortillas. Finished with cilantro, onions, and lime. Salsa.
Campechano Taco (1)
Mix of flavorful meats. tender flank steak, mixed with Mexican chorizo in a corn tortilla. Top it with onion, cilantro, lime, salsa.

Recently, we had Los Rolling Tacos cater a Saturday afternoon, backyard wedding reception with family and friends. They setup a grill in the driveway and everyone really enjoy the tacos! Service was awesome and the two guys that did the grilling were friendly and cleaned up everything; you wouldn’t know they were even at our place. Jose, the owner, was easy to deal with (we did everything by email). I highly recommend Los Rolling Tacos. It let me enjoy the day without worrying...

I picked up two Birria tacos from their food truck at the Way back festival. It was my first experience with an authentic taco and it was absolutely WONDERFUL! With the broth dip it was everything I was imagining and more.

I'll definitely be back to get more cause these are to die for!

From that crispy, sweet-and-savory al pastor magic (hello pineapple + adobo combo 👀) to the juicy birria tacos stuffed with tender brisket and dunked in that rich, soul-warming consommé — every bite had us shook. And don’t even get us started on the churros... golden on...
