Local pork shoulder in a sweet and tangy pineapple marinade finished with fresh charred pineapple.
Flautas (Fried) (3)
Three rolled-up crispy tacos. Filled with tinga (chicken). Finished with salsa verde, cream fresca, and cotija cheese.
Pollo Tinga Taco (1)
Local shredded chicken with shredded onion in a smoky tomato sauce with chipotle sauce and cabbage finished with garlic aioli.
Choriqueso Taco (1)
Mexican Choriso mixed with cheese in a corn tortilla. (Quesadilla Style) onion,cilantro,salsa
Vegetarian Taco (1)
Roasted garlic black beans, mixed with sauteed peppers, and onions, and topped with avocado green tomatillo salsa.
Suadero (Flank Steak) Taco (1)
Local flank steak slows cooked within its fat until tender. It's being crisped up in a griddle and served in warm tortillas. Finished with cilantro, onions, and lime. Salsa.
Campechano Taco (1)
Mix of flavorful meats. tender flank steak, mixed with Mexican chorizo in a corn tortilla. Top it with onion, cilantro, lime, salsa.

This place is mainly takeout, so the in-store seating is a bit on the smaller side; there’s only one table and it can seat up to 4 people, 6 if you really squeeze. The food is super good though, the birria tacos are juicy and well-seasoned, and their guacamole tastes fresh.

They were parked at a pretty terrible location (lots of traffic) near the Tim Hortons on Water St in Cambridge but boy am I glad I stopped to get some of their Birria tacos. They were absolutely delicious and way more filling and less expensive then the tacos from The Mule. Very friendly staff as well. I will definitely be on the lookout for this taco truck again.

Delicious tacos! We tried all but the vegetarian taco, and our favourite was the birria. They gave us free guacamole and chips, which was also outstanding. The churros were not what we were expecting as they had caramel filling, but they were fried well and weren't bad. They were quite small and not really worth it though. There is only one table for dining in.
