I just called the office at 2 minutes until noon and the receptionist literally picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me without saying anything. When I called right back, they had flipped on their “we’re closed from noon until 1pm and will start answering calls at 1:30.” An unbelievably archaic way to treat your “clients”. I know when I call at 1:30 the lines will be jammed and I will have to call repeatedly, just to be out on hold when I finally do get through. Or maybe hung up on again.

We ordered biryani and a brinjal side from Madras munchies for a party, The food was AMAZING!! We are all from Chennai and around mostly and it took us all back home. Everyone enjoyed and complimented the food! The brinjal gravy got over within minutes and we didn’t have any leftovers for the biryani as well despite a few people not showing up, it was bomb!! Also, I have to mention their customer service, they are too good! Quick responses, very polite, accommodating and helpful. Hoping to order for any future events as well. Continue with the amazing taste, quality and the great service and I’m sure Madras Munchies will be one of the bests in KWC. Thank you!!

A quick Google ? revealed a newbie in town. Although, it’s on pre-order basis, they were generous enough to accommodate two boxes ? of Chicken Biryani by evening. The aroma & taste of the food was amazing and not oily at all & the quantity more than enough for a person and I’d say worth the wait for me. Must try for anyone looking for a change of palates but do book ahead for the food although I’m sure they would be able to accommodate your orders.
Food is super delicious ?Usually they operate only in weekend however they accepted my request of 5- chicken Biryani on regular Wed as I have a potluck function at my office. All my colleague(Native) found it mouth watering tasty.I am thankful to Madras Munchies here.On top of it, biryani was less oily and tasted authentically.
